Meghan is wonderful !! She is outgoing and friendly, everything you’d want when ordering from a fast food place! She clearly knows what she’s doing, she should be a shift lead so everyone else can have customer service just like her!

I just had an experience with an incredibly rude woman. At 5:20 pm, I attempted to place an order for two medium iced mocha lattes. Immediately, I was met with giggles over the speaker and was asked if I wanted cream and sugar with that. I started to explain that a mocha had espresso, milk and the chocolate syrup. And again I was met with laughter and a condescending response. I had to drive away. This is a common occurrence at this location. Some of the employees there struggle to understand what I mean when I order a mocha latte and usually ask me how much cream and sugar I’d like. This interaction was unacceptable as far as her tone and demeanor was concerned.
I went here, already having the worst week ever. The women employees are the rudest people I’ve ever been around. I left with nothing. They need to close permanently.

I do not usually leave reviews but this is the worst experience i have ever had with any fastfood place. I understand working fast food is not always a fun thing but both the women who took and worked on my order made me feel like I should not have came...and they did not listen to my order. I asked for a hot peppermint drink and they gave me an iced one with so much attitude I genuinely felt like I should just leave even with it being wrong. Plus when ordering, I asked for a moment to order and I literally heard the one woman sigh loudly on their microphone!! I only took about 10 seconds to look at the menu.They just made me feel like I was a problem for showing up and wanting coffee and an order of hash browns. I also want to state I was the only one in the drive through which made me feel even more like I was a problem.
I will never come back to this location again and highly recommend others don't put up with this either.

I spend probably over 200 dollars a month at this Dunkin if not more and the only reason I keep coming back is because it’s the closest one to me. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. The early morning staff is wonderful but when it gets close to the afternoon/evening forget about it. Also if you have an attitude don’t work the drive though to take orders. I also work in retail and our moto is leave your problems at the front door and do your job.
