The lady who makes the food literally ignored us and would not take our order until another employee asked us if we had been waited on. Then while taking our order, the employee looked annoyed like we were interrupting her day. We ordered 2 bagels with extra cream cheese on both and 3 avocado toasts with extra bacon on each. The same lady then made our food and after putting on gloves, she started messing with her fake eyelashes and then went right into making our food. She barely put any cream cheese on one half of the bagels and no cream cheese at all on the other halves. She didn't use all the avacodo spread from each packet so there was barely any on the toast and the bacon was burnt. I respectfully asked if I could get 2 extra packs of cream cheese since I had ordered extra cream cheese for both and I even offered to pay for them since she had not rung up the extra cream cheese when I originally ordered it. She immediately got an attitude and slowly took her time going to get the extra packs for us. I'm just not sure why you would take a job in customer service if you don't want people "bothering" you when they order food at a restaurant. I use to love this location but I will never return to it again.

It's no secret I love Dunkin' and it's also not surprising I'll visit different stores in town through out my day. This particular time I went through the drive thru for a coffee and a couple doughnuts. They are great.
The order arrived in a good amount of time. However, the special holiday flavor for this month, I was told they couldn't do it frozen. I know they completely lied to me because I went to the Dunkin on Dual Highway a few days later. I ordered the same exact flavor and frozen, and they did it frozen! Please don't use the Penn Avenue location! Their blender isn't broken, because I tried a different flavor frozen in the same week, and they did do it. It's strange, they can do regular flavors frozen, but not the special holiday flavors? The Dual Highway can do the holiday flavors frozen, but not the Penn Avenue location??? Something tells me, some people at the Penn Avenue location are being lazy, and don't want to spend the time to use the blender. It's not that hard and it doesn't take long at all ?! If Dual Highway can do it, then so can any other location in Hagerstown. Again, their blender isn't broken. I even witnessed someone before me, getting a frozen coffee the same day I ordered. So it felt really strange being told they couldn't do it. A holiday flavor shouldn't effect if it can be done or not, because Dual Highway did it, Maugans Avenue, and Garland Groh Blvd did the same holiday flavor frozen too! I strongly feel lied to.So I don't know what's up with the Penn Avenue location. Buyer beware! At least my drink tasted great though!

I frequent this store several times a month and it is a toss up as to my order being correct. Today was BAU. I ordered a med. Frozen coffee, 4 Caramel, 1 espresso and whipped cream and Caramel on top. Simple, right? The price seemed off to me so I questioned the young man at the window about the espresso shot. He assured me the espresso shot was in there even though the ticket didn't say it was. What I got was med. Frozen, 3 Caramel, no espresso and whipped cream and Caramel drizzle.

I have been going to this shop for many years. I have never been sold such terrible donuts! They were day-old, stale and very tough. Fresh donuts are not tough! I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control in this DD. I won't ever buy food there again. This used to be the best DD in town, but no longer.

I went thru the drive thru on Saturday around 1pm - ordered a large iced Decaff with splenda and cream - now I ordered Decaf because too much caffeine give me tremors and I do mean tremors - guess they were out of decaf and to lazy to tell me or to make some fresh because they gave me regular - I took a couple large drinks of it on my way home and in about 15 minutes knew what I had was not decaf - I was up most of the night with tremors - thanks a lot for not being careful of what you are serving and for being to lazy to make sure the order is correct
