My significant other and I always stop at this Dunkin every morning. We have no problems with the employees in the morning, but we decided to get a couple drinks and something to eat in the evening, around 7:30pm. When we pulled up, the lady on the speaker sounded like she was very unhappy or was mad that we were ordering. Not to mention, there was absolutely no one in the store or at the drive thru at this time. When we pulled up to the window, we gave her our money and when she gave us the change back, she aggressively threw the change in his hand. She handed us our drinks and after every time she aggressively said “HERE”. When she gave us the second drink, my significant other asked her if we could have her name and the number to corporate and she all of the sudden got very hostile with us, we didn’t even get to explain why we wanted it and she threw a temper tantrum. Not to mention, the two employees were not wearing their name tags as they should. She then proceeded to go back in and tell her other employee what was going on and the other lady came to the window and we tried to explain to her what was happening. She told us there was no manager we could speak to and then told us that they are not allowed to give customers the corporate number or give us their name. My significant other then went into the store after and tried to explain to them why we needed it, and the lady we had problems with was throwing things and trash all in the back. We were told to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. We will be contacting Corporate as we found the number online and will be explaining our very frustrating situation. That employee deserves to be fired and we felt very disrespected. The manager really needs to do better about hiring very unhappy people.

Okay I come to this Dunkin everyday I have for years now, this past year the coworkers here act like they hate their job so much, they have an attitude when I come through and order , a lot of the times I can’t even order food because they claim their ovens are down. Today July 14th at about 1:25 pm i come through and I order my drinks for me and my grandkids and some food. We are waiting for a good while I understand that they are busy it’s not a big deal for that. But while I’m waiting in the drive thru the lady who’s cashing everyone out at the window her back is turned towards me she puts her hand down her pants and digs in there, and then turns and hands me the drinks and food with the same hand. Why??? That’s so disgusting… she was a nice lady but that was very gross.

And on 3/20/25 a lady with herpe looking sores on her mouth was very rude and act like she hates her job. Also older Asian lady she is nasty. Even though they don’t pay a lot I’m sure we serve better attitudes.

I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes for my mobile order. It’s incredibly frustrating. This happens in the drive thru and inside. Today was 22 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. Not sure what is going on at this location for the last few months but from a customer perspective, I’ll go somewhere else that is respectful of time and customer service.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin in the Hagerstown area. Today is the 3rd time they have deleted our mobile order and we watch everyone get their drinks out of order of when ordered. Last week, our food order was deleted and the worker gave nothing but pushback, not wanting to make our sandwich even after showing the receipt. This location has gone far downhill in a very quick time frame and it always seems to be the same workerd working when issues arise.
I will note that a few of the workers here are very friendly and helpful.

The quality of food is absolutely terrible. I drove into the drive thru and looked at the donut area and its webs everywhere. Also to add that the donut holes I had gotten were hard and dry and looked like they were left out over night. And my coffee had tasted like nothing but milk. A whole $10 down the drain. Oh I didn’t take a bite of the donut in the left corner it came like that ?.

I didn’t know bacon was supposed to be cold a covered in grease and served to your customers. I’ve never had one bad thing to ever say about this Dunkin until now. My girlfriend had went back in and told them why is the bacon cold and filled with old grease, they told her ‘it’s supposed to be cold’ it’s supposed to be cold? That’s hilarious! Would never recommend getting food from this Dunkin unless you want to waste your money. The lady at the drive through window was very nice but the girl at front counter with light brown hair was very rude.

Oakridge is usually one of the better dunkins in town friendly staff- properly mixed drinks etc. parking lot needs an overhaul but thats not on the staff. it causes it to look clustered
There was a young man working the closing shift, and he took my order made the drink and cooked my food and washed his hands between each task and did them efficiently his name was Ja’kori. He was a kind young gentleman and was patient with my old age. I am hard of hearing and blind in my left eye, and he helped me with no hesitation in getting my drink and my food. Definitely recommend you go to this location during the closing shift to meet this kind young man.
