The lady who took order was very polite and friendly, got to Window seemed like mass confusion. Female accepted by debt card, another male associate came took my card and walked away, assuming to make drink, but definitely not a great look walking out of view with customers credit card. Not feeling so great about that.

I am leaving a mental note for myself to never come to this Dunkin again. The staff is very very rude. I ordered just 3 donuts and it took them over 10 minutes. When I tried to ask why it was taking so long she just started yelling at me.
