My wife and 3yo and 2yo girls come here very often. Staff is always kind and friendly to them and especially the kids. Most recently Kavi was our cashier and was really nice to the kids, and searched high and low for a specific cup the kids wanted. Almost every time I order ahead on the Dunkin app they have the drink or coffee ready for me but are usually out of pretty much everything else (wraps, bacon, you name it) and usually they only make the drink, I usually have to ask them for the rest of the order.

I stopped at the Dunkinā. Went in and the lady was helping a mom in front of me. Then was packing her donuts after. I didnāt move too close to the counter as I didnāt want her to feel rushed but was next in line and close enough for her to know. Then the manager or other employee who had just clocked out asks me if I had ordered. I said āNo, not yet.ā She then proceeded to step in front of me and take her wallet out so she could order. Her name was Eve or Eva. Something like that. She was completely rude. The other employee was still boxing the donuts. I stood there looking at her wondering if she was actually that rude. I left the store without ordering because I was so mad. Overall, the other employees seemed to be working hard. But that lady is ridiculous.
