Fajita Grande Mexican Restaurant

Fajita Grande used to be our go to Mexican restaurant in Hagerstown. No more. Yes, the food is great, the kitchen is quick, the price is reasonable. BUT watch out for fraudulent upcharges on your credit card! A little slight of hand, and suddenly our meal cost a few dollars more and the suggested tips increase accordingly. I'll bet most people don't even notice it.

The food is alright but the staff is very standoffish. The kitchen and bathrooms aren’t clean and the servers will pick off your plate before they send your food out. They really aren’t special. This is not a fake review I literally live 2 minutes away and know people that have been there. Never worked there. My job is much more high end than working for and with a bunch of filthy garbage. It’s also pathetic that you sound like you’ve burnt so many bridges with employees you actually think I was one of them lol. Not even in your dreams. Work on your image and stop pretending like you don’t have room to make improvements.

Today my family and I went in to eat and the food was amazing along with the service. Our waitress was amazing.! My family observed a young lady working there I believe her name was Athalia, she was such a loving young lady helping the elderly seat and just overall sweetheart with all the customers. My wife admired her kind heart and we are assuming she is the youngest there which is also why we were admired by seeing a young lady working like she actually loves her job.

First time in and it was pretty great. The main dishes are slammin but I'm gonna break away from the usual and let you know that the salsa and the rice are right up there in rankings with the entrees. Everything was delicious and the staff were very pleasant.

Great service and amazing food. The food has a lot of flavor. They have a huge menu with lots to choose from and everything looks great. I will be back to this location.

This place has been around for a few years and has a few sister locations. First time at this one. Cozy atmosphere, not too small or too large. Everything appeared clean. Servers, cooks, everyone was working hard and that was clear. Food coming out quickly and accurately. Hot and delicious. Servers were attentive and encouraging to try new drinks and specials. Really enjoyed it and would definitely be back to try different dishes. Fair portions for the price, can get busy at dinner time, adequate parking.

2nd time here, added more photos. You can see the consistency in food. Another great experience and love coming here.
