I have my kids coming over 3 years, for dentist clean up and other dentrist problems, always the doctors and assistant treat them very nice, receptionist very nice all the time, staff also great with us, thank you doctors and staff members.

Incompetence from receptionist all the way to the doctors.Rude , unprofessional and incredibly unethical.Scheduled me for a dentist appt and when I arrived there was NO DENTIST AND they wanted to charge my insurance. If you have kids please don’t bring them here. Save yourself a headache.If you’re elder please don’t come here and risk your peace and health.

Since this new guy took over in here this is really gotten bad the only reason I stay is because of Dr Regal I've asked for this man to call me quite a few times with some complaints that I had and he never calls you I feel he really doesn't care he's supposed to be a Christian and care about people and care about the patience in there but I don't see it

Horrible patient experience next to being wrongly discharged from Mursheds fascist policy practice. Cochran was not qualified as a doctor and wasted my entire time. Won’t be back.

Really enjoy this place. The doctors and nurses have been fantastic and I love that the pharmacy is downstairs and you can hit it up on the way out. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going here for over a year and a half concerning my kidneys I told doctor feutus that both sides of my torso and lower back hurt so he ran a couple test on my urine he found out that there was bacteria in my urine no std or Sri instead of prescribing me an antibiotic he wrote me a prescription for muscle relaxer that didn’t work I became depressed and crying a lot I just gave up and stopped making appointments I finally went to the ER and they told me I have a lesion on my kidney all this time

Coming here just once, and the lingering poor communication still being evident to me months later, was enough that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I saw Sheila Rohe once, and it was so bad enough that I never came back. She first made a comment that left me embarrassed about my body (and it was not something that could quickly be fixed like she suggested), then was telling me about a medication she could not remember the name of, so she left the room to go Google it, and never even came back. I was just handed a paper with extremely basic, unhelpful information that I had come to discuss for further answers, that I never even got because she up and left without me being able to ask questions. They sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy not twice, but three times. After telling them I didn't think this place was the right fit for me, I would still get calls and emails months later. The only positive I can say is that the ladies working on the first floor at the desk were very kind to me, and acknowledged things should have been done very differently. Other than that, this was the worst experience I have had at any healthcare office.
Dr. Martha Riggle and staff should be ashamed. It shouldn’t take over a month to submit an order for a patient. With numerous calls to the office and still NOTHING. So infuriating! Worst place ever to deal with!!!!! This is just one thing I’m upset with, they have dropped the ball elsewhere too.I’m a friend of a patient not an actual patient here, thank God.

This place is a beautiful place they go out of their way to assist you satisfy you and security. I myself have had a beautiful experience there with three of the best doctors I know doctor festus and Elizabeth excellent doctors I love them for their work and their patients with me. Oh and I can't forget my other doctor Christopher Bennett he's no longer with with us but was a great doctor too for me. So if anyone out there looking for a great doctor please save yourself the trouble and go to family healthcare

Switched to the dr from meritus. Dr was alright. But phyc has been a nightmare to deal with. Finally got seen by phyc in March. Started meds. Tried a new med in June. Didn't like it. Stopped taking it. Thinking we'll I'll see the dr in a few weeks. I go to that apr on July 18 They tell me dr no longer works there. Weird. I never got a call. I get a call to set up a new apt. We set it up for August 16th. I get another call to set up a new apt I say I've already set one up for the 16th. She looks it up and I'm not on the books for that day so we set up another apt on the 18th. By that time I was feed up and canceled only to realize I do need meds so set one up for today August 23rd. I go in today and wouldn't you know it. dr didn't show up today so my apt was canceled again. No call to let me know. Nothing. I'm not thrilled with the care so far and most likely switching Dr's again.
