Just found out about the lunch specials today and had to try it. Food was amazing, had a very nice waitress named Gloria. Restaurant was very clean. Salad bar was great everything was very fresh. Will definitely go back!

Went for AYCE crabs, crabs were cold and pasty asked for fresh steamed crabs, server brings fresh microwave crabs lol!!! AYCE fries hush puppies were overcooked twice lol! Don’t recommend going ever again

Went last night to AUCE buffet. Crab legs were perfect. I would highly recommend for your next dining out experience.

We’ve been coming to the fireside for many years. The food was always decent, but ZAK has done an amazing transformation with what he’s done there. The food is better than ever. The service is great and we had not seen it since he upgraded the Pub area with the new hardwood floors highly recommend it. It’s a gem in the middle Hagerstown

AYCE crab legs with a buffet is excellent. The steamed shrimp was very tender and spiced perfectly. The staff was very attentive and efficient in keeping the table cleaned, drinks refilled, and the buffet stocked.

Very good! I got Fish and chips, and it was really good. The portion was really nice. Definitely recommend it!

Had to make multiple attempts to get food. Not filled quick enough. Everything except for the ham was extremely salty. Some of the foods were not got. Only 2 desserts to pick from. Both I did not like. Also did not tile the fact they put tip on bill without asking. The buffet itself was not worth $40. I left not satisfied or full

Very disappointed. Called Thursday to preorder crabs for Mothers Day. I was told several times I didn't needed to preorder (even though I repeated that I saw it said preorder) girl assured me it would be fine to just call Sunday at 1030 to order for the day. I asked over and over to make sure i was going to get crabs. Fast forward to Sunday, I called at 1025 and guess what....they weren't taking crab orders. Beyond upset, as I had people coming to enjoy! They told me they would have them again next weekend, but that didn't help me for the day. Never even apologized. And hence, why I tried to order Thursday. Very poor customer service and not very good business....won't support agian or refer people to their establishment.

Didn't even want to give it 1 star. But it wouldn't let me write a review unless ai did. Total experience sucked.

This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life, and I’m NOT picky at all and I never complain. I also never write reviews. The service was okay at best. When I was brought my dessert, my fork was thrown on the table rather than handed to me.. and then there was an automatic 20% tip. The food was meh.. the salmon was good. The deviled eggs were absolutely awful and left a lingering taste in my mouth after only one bite. I didn’t get up for a second plate. The bathroom smelled awful, the soap dispensers were empty and the bottle of soft soap was filled with water. When I asked the front desk for soap, I was forgotten about and waited around 10 min for a bottle. All this for $55 dollars. For one person. Better off going to Golden Corral. Better food (and that’s saying something) and cheaper price.
