I'm really disappointed in the food we got. It was very under seasoned. The fries were very soggy,and the veggie sandwich were not grilled well at all. The only thing that was good was the customer service the staff was great but the food was not. It was really Bland. I spent $38.00 and I feel kind ripped off.But I think I would just go back to talk to the staff

I know they are under orders due to the pandemic, which is why i did not dock a star. But boy do I miss them having peanuts and vinegar out... Two of my favorite things just gone.Regardless of that, the food and portions were great. And watching one of the guys dancing to a song playing over the speakers just made it an enjoyable experience.

I ordered a cheeseburger with onions,lettuce, and pickles with an order of fries. The toppings were good and seemed fresh but the burger ended up having a lot of gristle in the meat. Usually the fries are always hot and fresh but unfortunately the cook was preparing them way ahead of everyone's order and i ended up with cold soggy fries. This visit to Five Guys was a huge disappointment and it will be a while before i will return to give them another try.

Burgers are cooked fresh when ordered. Many toppings available. The buns get soggy; thicker buns would be better.

The attitude and detachment from common customer service practices and respect of the only reason why you are in business is unacceptable. Rude, unprofessional employee gives you the wave off when you need a second to look over the menu; you walk away when I walk up ready to order; you wave me off and act like "I dont need you" and telling your co-worker (who lets you know that a customer is ready) "Oh, she ready now? I ain't worried about her." I am the profit ; you are now expensive overhead. We went to Red Robin instead. Great service there.

Hamburgers are good but when they raise prices Everytime you stop in to almost 15.00 for single burger, fries and drink, I'll shop elsewhere.
