When I first moved here around two years ago this was one of my first stops. I was welcomed with smiles, great customer service & even better food. But since that one initial visit, nothing. The phone number they have on yelp as well as Facebook does not work so you can't call them to place an order or to even inquire if they're open. And it seems they are NEVER OPEN. I have come to this place at least 12 times in the last 2 years and it has been closed every time. You would think on a Friday at 2pm they would be open right? No. It just sucks because the food is delicious but you just never know how or when they're operating. Facebook says they're only closed on Sundays but I've gone multiple time Mon-Fri between 12pm & 4:00 pm & have had no luck

Today, 3/26/2022, an order was called in for 10 wings w/ fries. Upon arrival, the cook made me aware that i was given onion rings instead of fries. I indicated that's not what I ordered as my wife and I do not eat onion rings. He indicated that they were out of fries He offered a discount and I only had to my $10. of what initially was $20 and was very happy. However, when I got home and open my box, not only were the chicken bland, they were all overly cooked, dried and burnt at end of drumettes. I won't be retuning back

Food is mediocre. Lady that takes food orders has a nasty attitude!! Never seen her with a smile on her face ! Customer service sucks , and she tried to ask me for my paperwork for my service dog , when I had a little puppy tucked in my jacket, just only ordering food and stepping out ! Would have gave a better score , but this ladies attitude has been the same since they opened .

Stumbled on this little classic hole-in-the-wall in downtown Hagerstown last week. It is non-de script (see the pic) and is pretty plain inside. The menu is basic but the foods have a distinctness about them. For example, the philly cheese steak meat tastes like it's out of a high quality gyro rather than just chopped up steak. Also, the fries have a special tang to them that puts them above the standard for average fries.

Let me first say, we were kinda entering this place with a guarded attitude. From the outside it did not seem impressive. Once inside we were greeted with a friendly smile and a person who seemed genuinely happy we were inside her business. Told her we were first timers and she took her time to explain her menu. (Not used to that) Now to the good stuff!! The food was excellent (presentation, taste, color). We ordered Steak Philly, a Catfish Po Boy, Catfish and Grits and Chicken n waffles!! All cooked to perfection!! The Sweet Tea and Lemonade are served in vats!! And it is delicious!! If we are ever in this area again we will surely stop in here for a meal again!! Wish I could give them 6 Stars!!
