Food and environment are worth if you want to have good time and good food at the same time.

Some friends and I went in on a Friday around noon and it was dead. That should have been my first clue.

There was only one older man working there, and although he was very nice, the food was inedible.

We ordered a pizza, a sub, and French fries, for takeout. We were new to the area and saw this restaurant in the strip mall and thought we would give it a try.

The pizza was one of the worst I've ever had in my life! I could only stomach half a slice. The sauce was horrible and the cheese tasted old. It looked awful in the box although I watched him make it myself. The fries were like rubber and I couldn't even bite into them but they smelled like the grease had not been changed in 20 years.

My friend said the sub was burnt and dry and the sauce was horrible.

We threw it all in the trash - $30 in the trash.

I heard they have been open for over 20 years and I don't understand how or why. I hate leaving a bad review but Hagerstown needs to investigate this restaurant and shut them down.

If you want really good pizza, go to the shop on Dual Highway by Checkers.

Still food all over the floor. The place could use some updates, the clock on the wall doesn’t even work. Dirty tables, service is ehh, the pizza was border line terrible and my soda was full of syrup.

Just spent a decent amount of money here and the food was awful. I love garlic so when I tell you everything had to much it was way too much. Only thing that was semi edible was the pizza. I didn't remember this place being this bad. Doubtful I will order here ever again and if I do it will be a very long time.

Food is amazing as always whenever I get food here. The owner is always working hard to fulfill orders and meet the needs of customers and the quality never suffers as a result. Crab dip and crab fries are amazing!

When I decide to have an Italian meal, I go to Fratellis. I love the manicotti, but I'm not too sure how long the restaurant will stay open. They are in dire need of help and has Help Wanted sign on door. When I visited couple days ago, July 2, there was only 1 person working.. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but the gentleman was all by himself: cook waiter, cashier, answered phone, probably dishwasher and custodisn. So support restaurant as much as possible. If you know anyone looking for a job, send him/her to Fratelli's.They need the help.

Placed a large order for a wedding reception. We ordered chicken bacon ranch, Hawaiian, and Margherita pizzas and we loved all of them! Great service, food was ready in a timely manner, especially considering the size of the order. Would definitely recommend.

First time I have eaten here, nice place, good food and waitress was very nice. Will definitely stop again.

The food was amazing! The waitress kaylee was really sweet and amazing at her job. She checked in on us and always refilled our drinks and made sure our food was good. Definitely the one of the best waitresses i’ve ever met!

Do not order online! Placed an online order, went to pick it up and both employees were sitting around 1 watching tv and the other just sitting there. When the girl finally came over I said I placed an online order she looks at the machine, laughs and says we didn't make it do you still want it. Of course I do it's dinner. They were quick to get the pizzas done, but no apology, nothing! Pizza is good but will not be going back. We will stick with Brother's Pizza.

I live off this delicious food. Best pizza i have had in maryland . ill put money on it. Cold cuts are 10 stars to. Taste like actual pizza like grandma made it for you.Keep up the great work and food..chow

First time ever stopping here and definitely the last!! Service was terrible. The waitress was coughing on everything. The other waitress said I’m tired. The place was disgusting. Food all over the floor. The chicken on my salad was not cooked through.
