Our server was Kristy and she was amazing! Very attentive, made great recommendations and provided exceptional service.
The service was good .The meals everything from the appetizers to the Entrées were nice size and filling.
Arancini appetizer and Braised short ribs were outstanding! My husband had the Escargot and Chicken Chesapeake and they were also amazing! All food was prepared exceptionally down to the bread for the table. On par with some of the best restaurants in NYC. Our waitress was very attentive and got us out in time for our show. We will definitely be back!
The menu accommodates practically everyone, from vegetarian to carnivore. Portions are just the right size. The food is expertly prepared. The service is not rushed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Who would expect to find this gem in a small strip center in Hagerstown, MD? Make a reservation and make the trip. You won't regret it.
We had a great experience at Bistro 11 and will definitely be repeat customers. Great service and delicious food!
Bistro 11 remains our top go to restaurant in Hagerstown - service is top notch even when extremely busy; chefs and kitchen are 100% on point as well. Creative specials, and everything on the menu is always 100% on point. Love this place.
Outstanding service and food was delicious! We've dined there dozens of times and always had a great experience.
Everything was amazing as usual. The french onion soup is my favorite menu item and the service is always quick and friendly and professional!
We specifically requested a quiet table. We were so happy to be seated in the rare room until— a loud, over sharing table in the space made the room a nightmare. The server could not have any impact on their overly loud conversation.
Excellent tastie selections. Kitchen was slow. It took almost an hour for lunch to arrive. The appetizers were served at the same time as main course!

We got a few appetizers; the Brussels sprouts needed another 20 minutes in a hot oven, and the ratio of crab dip to dipping toast was way off (had to eat half the dip with a fork, which is weird). The cocktails were fine. The entrees had prices all over the map, which made me worry about the quality and consistency of the food. I got Eggplant Parmesan, 3 slices stacked like pancakes. Not sure why they weren't spread out on a larger plate and given some quality time under a broiler to brown the cheese a tad. The restaurant has echoed sound throughout, making it difficult for me to hear the person speaking at the end of my own table. The standout was the service, our server took care of us yet didn't try to befriend us.
For the first time I was pretty disappointed with our dining experience at this much loved local gem. Service was mediocre, my entree was less than stellar. When I made my reservation on OpenTable I indicated we were there for a birthday celebration. There was absolutely no recognition of this for my husband. Waitress almost acted like she couldn't be bothered to help us. Hope things are better next visit
The food is absolutely excellent here. Servers were friendly and attentive. Great restaurant for a date night or special occasion. Oyster Stew and Chicken Chesapeake are both great!
Great service and a great meal with a variety of choices. The noise level is manageable. Outdoor seating is available. Highly recommended.
This restaurant, experienced while traveling, was a pleasant experience near our hotel. The ambience was nice, our server, Madison, extremely outgoing and attentive. The portions were huge and delicious.
