I give this restaurant ZERO stars! Ordered a BLT sandwich. This arrived with two large pieces of bread, a lot of mayo, lettuce and tomatoe and ONLY TWO slices of bacon! I queationed this and the manager (Eli) said this was their procedure. For the cost of this sandwich I would expect at least four slices of bacon! I will never patronize this establishment again!

The server was good. The munchie mania was not like it used to be. We had to ask for sour cream and ranch. Never had to before.The place was empty, and we still couldn't get a drink refill. In my opinion it was 28 dollars wasted.

Went there for some food in the middle of a road trip. The food was great and the portions were filling. The only negative thing is that they only had one person working in the whole restaurant, which isn’t their fault. Things ran a bit slower but it was worth the wait.

Very family friendly restaurant. Waitress was tired, but a great attitude and disposition. It was her day off, so appreciated her good attitude. My granddaughters ate hot dog with French Fries and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese were dry and not very cheesy. My sister loves the Cobb Salad here. Wife had clam chowder and thought if wasn't hot enough, but tasted good. I had the BLT, was very good, along with the onion rings. Beast part about Friendly's is the ice cream. My granddaughters had build a sundae and my wife and I shared a banana split, which was delicious on a hot summer's day. Restaurant was clean and no noticeable issues. The kids were able to color and word search to help keep them entertained which was a plus as well.
We had a wonderful experience at the Hagerstown Friendly's. Happened to be a beach theme family night. We had our grandchildren along and it was perfect. There was a scavenger hunt, staff dressed as characters, balloon hats, and the staff helped the kids make their own sundaes. This staff was extremely friendly, engaging, and went overboard to accommodate a great evening for all their customers. The food options are perfect for little ones plus we were very pleased with our meals. You should head there the last Friday off each month for their special family events. We will be back. Way to go, Hagerstown Friendly's!!Kid-friendliness: Super kids friendly. The staff was excellent at interacting with children!
It's been about 5 years since visiting a Friendly's location. We stopped on our way home from vacation at OBX. We did drive about 15 mins out of our way and it was worth it. The food was just how we remembered it. We were so full we couldn't get ice cream. Place was clean and staff were friendly and our order was correct. Only downfall was it was a lil pricey.

The name says it all. Great place, great service and of course great food :) my favorite is the legendary bbq chicken melt and I order it everytime I come here. My kids exspecially love coming to friendlys because of the endless ice cream combinations available. Can’t wait to return Kid-friendliness: This place seems to be designed just for the kids. From the food selection to the design of the place.
