Excellent Service. Food is made to order and pricing is very acceptable. I waited no longer than 7-8 minutes for two lunch orders to complete. Definitely an underrated spot that deserves more attention.
There are many Chinese carryout restaurants, but Hong Kong Express in Hagerstown has a welcoming atmosphere to it. It's more of a fast casual Chinese restaurant. It has plenty of tables and seats for you to dine in. The wood dining furnitures are comfortable and of quality. It sets the tone for welcoming and comfort. The food is excellent!!! Full of flavors!!! The food servings are big!!! The price can't be beat!!! I was in Hagerstown on business, and just found my new favorite Chinese restaurant!!! I recommend the Hunan Triple Delight!!!

I did have the wrong location it was the Virginia avenue Hong Kong that is horrible but I have ordered from you guys before also. And your food is good thanks ;) sorry!update: went I tonight got the general tso chicken and it was amazing so was there fried rice and chicken lo mein will deffinelty be a return customer to this location don't go to Virginia avenue!! There horrible

Went in tonight and ordered the general tso the chicken and broccoli was very fresh and the fried rice had a lot of flavor. Thanks this is my go to spot from now on! :) customer service is amazing as well.
