Stopped at the Hub City Diner for dinner after doing some shopping at the Valley Mall. We chose the Hub City Diner because my girlfriend and I didn't want to wait 45 minutes or longer to get a table. I'm definitely glad we chose the way we did. The parking lot had plenty of space so finding a spot was was no problem. Local diner spot Dincasual restaurant offers classic diner fare with straightfo, hearty dishes. The eggs were cooked perfectly, hash browns crispy and golden, and the ham steak was flavorful and tender. I would return for the affordable prices and consistent quality. The coffee, however, was disappointing—weak and bitter. Service was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant overall experience.
