This was the worst steak and cheese sub, a sloppy mess

This Jersey Mike's location really has their stuff firing on all cylinders. I went in for lunch and it was at the peak of the rush...you had team members communicating and the line was flowing perfectly out the door. It was like watching a clock tick. I am a regular at this location. I always get a Super Sub and it is always fresh and packed with amazing italian flaovors.

Dillan on dual highway hagerstown was very nice polite he's a 10 but your subs are a 1 unless you order extra meant feel like we paid for bread an it's not a cheap sandwich

Way overpriced. I'd rather make my own sub for about 1/2 the price.

Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered the club supreme and it had no bacon. They had nothing unsweetened to drink, and I am a diabetic. Definitely not their best day. Maybe turn down the tunes and communicate better.

We were greeted with poor customer service and I say that loosely because Im not sure I can call what we were greeted with customer service. As a first time Jersey Mike's customer, I asked for some direction in how the process works and was just left there feeling stupid. Because of this, my order was messed up twice and after all this frustration we left. We then went to the jersey mikes location on 40 to be met with wonderful customer service and a great experience.

Great food

I accidentally ordered at the dual highway at the wrong one and I called and they remade it so it would be warm when I picked it up thank you so much to the staff much appreciated.

Worker told me he would not toast my ham unless I was prego! So unprofessional! I’m baffled! Never eating there again.😨

Love! We order the box of sandwiches from here often for my jobs it’s easy, decently priced, and delicious! all the sandwiches come labeled on the outside of the box and each sandwich is separately labeled which makes it easy for a work event! ?
