Worker told me he would not toast my ham unless I was prego! So unprofessional! I’m baffled! Never eating there again.😨

Love! We order the box of sandwiches from here often for my jobs it’s easy, decently priced, and delicious! all the sandwiches come labeled on the outside of the box and each sandwich is separately labeled which makes it easy for a work event! ?

My server was Luke AND he created the best sub in a tub I've ever gotten there. AND the next customer was a bit obnoxious and he was just as polite and helpful to him. Good job Luke!!!

First time at this location, I normally go to the one on dual, It was the guy making the cold sandwiches for me “the eyes”

I was SO impressed with this team! It was a busy evening but the entire team just kept plugging away through the orders and we’re all so kind and friendly! My husband has a tomato allergy, and the staff there tonight (7/16/24) did a fantastic job with that! They took so much extra care to make sure there was no trace of tomato - they cleaned the whole work station, changed gloves, grabbed new knives, and even used a different mayo container just in case there was the tiniest bit of tomato on the mayo knife. Even the fanciest restaurants don’t take his allergy this seriously! We were so impressed - we are instant fans and will intentionally be grabbing our subs at Jersey Mikes from now on!

The staff on June 24th at around 2pm was stellar. Super friendly, efficient, good turned out great and they cleaned down all the equipment before preparing our food once a dietary restriction was shared with them. Best jersey Mike's we've been to!

Best subs in Hagerstown hands down. The cheesesteak is also a must-eat if you decide to come here. Service is fast, and the meals come with a fresh cookie, which is always very good
