Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time. It will be my last. The sub was a sloppy mess. The lettuce and tomato didn't appear fresh. Very little meat. Danny DeVito wouldn't be dancing around if he got the sub I did. I'd rather buy a sub from Sheetz than get a free one from Mike's.Response to the owner:No thanks. That sub looked nothing like the Danny DeVito commercials. Your subs are too GD expensive for the slop I got. Unless you have different standards for online ordering of carry out as apposed to walk-in. Either way "Fool me once ..." and you know the rest. I've never gotten a Sheetz sub that bad. And it costs much less.

Love this location The subs are perfectly made !The people who work there are very nice Been going to this location for quite sometime .Its clean and they are conscientious of making sure they change their gloves between making sandwiches! That’s important when handling the register between handling food .Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!

Each time I have visited this location, the customer service always stands out. The workers are friendly and have a conversation with you as they prepare your sandwich. The bread is fresh, and the toppings make the sandwiches stand out. Great place to eat.

We love Jersey Mike’s food, however the extremely rude and poor customer service I received on 11/22 was enough to make me not want to return. I made a mistake with my online order and I went to the other location only to find out I sent the order to this location. I called and spoke with a guy and let him know that I was on my way. Once there despite I had an email with the order number and everything they said they didn’t have an order for me. The cashier told me “she will talk with you down by the slicer” I stand there and wait about 10 minutes, she looks at my order, comes back and says can I see it again. She proceeded to tell me that the order was under my first name and handed me a bag, I started walking out but decided to check the order and it had 4 large sandwiches with names on them that were obviously wrong. I went back to let her know it’s wrong, it was the order of another customer who was standing there waiting. She grabbed a receipt from the counter and turned and walked away. Didn’t say anything to me, I just stood waiting not a word was spoken to and then she had my order made and handed it to me and still said nothing to me. Needless to her customer service skills are not very good.

Had our first visit here today at a filthy unkept store. The countertops were dirty. The tables were all dirty and the employees were sitting behind the counter talking when there were no customers instead of taking care of the place. The sandwich that we received had so much mustard on it. We had to bring it back and have them give us new bread. Children running a business is not working.

I had a pick up for 5:10. I got there at 5:05 - hot sub sitting on the counter. They said they needed to make the cold ones, they instead took 6 customer “walk-in” before getting to my cold subs. So my hot sub is now cold. No one wanted to talk. I finally had to jump in like at 5:25 to ask them to remake my hot sub. They didn’t say sorry, they didn’t communicate that they were busy, but they also had no regard to the waiting time. We pre-order so we don’t have to wait. All the staff talked as if they were in the back & not in front of customers, they also were very young & every statement that was asked or talked about they all looked lost and confused.

This place is usually 5 stars everywhere but today made me never want to come back.I ordered my food for pickup at 12:20, it said it would be ready at 12:39.I asked for my food and it wasn't ready but everyone was standing around talking with no one in line. My food wasn't done until 12:50 a full 30 minutes after I placed my order when I'm already short on time.The shift manager or some team lead was distracting everyone talking about shifts, vacations, days they work while no one was actually working on my order.Adding to all this was staff touching their faces and noses with their gloved hand before returning back to making people's food.The Friday (09/1/23) staff was probably the worst I've seen it here, Thursdays are usually great though.

Was in Hagerstown for a convention and found jersey Mike the food is great and fresh so I enjoyed going there to get a sandwich each day only to find out one day the cops show up said they call and report us been there too often and that me and my friend was checking out the camera and they had to gave us a trespass so we couldn't go back
