Not even about my order. I watched as this elderly woman, struggling to walk even with a cane, slowly walked into the store. Turns out, she must be a regular! Staff knew her by name, took the most exceptional care of her, even walked her food out to her car. Highly recommend grabbing a sub and maybe even giving back a little to what seems to be a highly trained, whole hearted staff! Great stuff!

Took a long time to get my steak and cheese sub then why I got it, it was barely warm.

Worst service we have had, walked in on a Saturday evening, they were not busy, placed our order, I got my sub, no problem, my son's sub on the other hand, we waited at least 20 mins for. I was told that they were waiting on chicken, I was finished my sub before he got his. The place was not clean and the employees must have been watching SpongeBob on level 50 on TV.

Love J.M.s ..been to several... Sandwich was made well. Usually 4-5 stars for Jersey Mikes..but only issue was this location during middle of lunch rush and all the White Sub Bread was STALE..maybe last nights batch...could tell when they cut and first bite bread was dry and TOUGH...otherwise always a winner

Trash, they mess up my $22 sub and $60 order. Ain’t even give me what I ordered, find somewhere else to eat.
The general manager of this location is extremely rude to staff. Throwing things around the kitchen yelling, slamming things around. I asked for the manager and this was the general manager her nor staff will give me her name. I will never visit this location and be treated this way. I have never seen such poor professionalism in a place of business from a leader!

Just walked in waited no one in store but me. The cutter for meat and cheese was dirty with dried out meats and cheese. You could tell it had not been cleaned for several hours. I asked are you going to clean this. Someone said yes but with 5 people no one moved to clean and no one acknowledged me. Don't go here this is a definite health issue!!!
