Eat here at your own risk, folks! Yesterday, I ordered a sub and found a piece of plastic in my food smh. Idk what it was, but it was about the size of a quarter. I brought it in and showed the manager and even she didn't know what it was. The manager, Faith, apologized countless times and even gave me discount cards to make up for it. Doubt I'll ever use them though. I'm never going here again.

If I could give ZERO for everything I would. I waited an hour for my food and then when I did get it, it was wrong, everything was wrong. And then the guy behind the counter his girlfriend comes in with her mom and they get their food before us and oh look at That it’s right too! Don’t waste your time.

Not even about my order. I watched as this elderly woman, struggling to walk even with a cane, slowly walked into the store. Turns out, she must be a regular! Staff knew her by name, took the most exceptional care of her, even walked her food out to her car. Highly recommend grabbing a sub and maybe even giving back a little to what seems to be a highly trained, whole hearted staff! Great stuff!
Took a long time to get my steak and cheese sub then why I got it, it was barely warm.

Worst service we have had, walked in on a Saturday evening, they were not busy, placed our order, I got my sub, no problem, my son's sub on the other hand, we waited at least 20 mins for. I was told that they were waiting on chicken, I was finished my sub before he got his. The place was not clean and the employees must have been watching SpongeBob on level 50 on TV.

Love J.M.s ..been to several... Sandwich was made well. Usually 4-5 stars for Jersey Mikes..but only issue was this location during middle of lunch rush and all the White Sub Bread was STALE..maybe last nights batch...could tell when they cut and first bite bread was dry and TOUGH...otherwise always a winner
