Food was good, drive thru was fairly quick, and our only complaint was the amount of chips in a bag. Picture included to show the tiny amount in the bag. JJ, see the pic of chips. You've got to do better than that!

Extremely slow service! We were the only ones in there and food took at least 15 minutes. The sandwiches were very thin and dry. And one sandwich order was partially incorrect.
One staff member was not even helping make the sandwiches and was standing around with earbuds in.

Not only did i wait 10 mins for my food while others were served before me when they were behind me in line. There was almost no meat on all 3 of my sandwiches i actually thought they were vegetarian for the first few bites because all the protein was in the center of my sandwich… i also asked for the bread toasted and they roasted my sandwiches. Never did i ask for a hot sandwich. Worst JJ experience I’ve ever had hands down and I’ve been to many across the country.. 10 min wait… the longest i ever was in a JJ was 4 mins for an on the spot meal

Person making my sub on April 26, 2025 placed one sliver of turkey on club lulu. Complete waste of time going there and will not return to Jimmy John’s. Seems like others have the same terrible experience.

Decided to stop here for lunch. Walked in the door one employee was on his cellphone didn’t even acknowledge me or let me know he’d be with me or someone else would. Could hear people in the back laughing and making noise. Waited a good 5 mins and still no one greeted me or asked to take my order. While standing there waiting noticed meat just sitting out on the counter along with other ingredients uncovered. Decided at that point since no one wanted my business to just leave. Will never go back to this location again. Garbage!
My order was wrong when I got home, and there was only one piece of turkey on each sandwich. I asked for peppers, and they put it on the wrong sub, and it was all piled up in the middle. I would understand if they were busy, but I was the only one there. Employees seemed miserable, but that's not their fault they probably aren't paid enough and offered incentives. The front was dirty. I loved Jimmy Johns in Ohio but here it's extremely different. My sub was so gross I threw it away, I never seen turkey look like that..pink. I'll never waste my money again. This is not a reflection on the employees, It's the owner and managers fault.

We purchased 2 8” Tuna Subs take out but when we get home and eating there was very little Tuna in it 60% of it was no Tuna Very very disappointed with their Tuna sub it should be much better than that will not recommend this place better go Jersey mike
