We purchased 2 8” Tuna Subs take out but when we get home and eating there was very little Tuna in it 60% of it was no Tuna Very very disappointed with their Tuna sub it should be much better than that will not recommend this place better go Jersey mike

This place is horrible! The two girls working when we visited were the least friendly people they could have hired. They were cold, unsmiling, and acted as if they'd rather be doing anything in the world other than taking my family's order. On top of that, the girl working the register wore a filthy black shirt completely covered in dog or cat hair. Not exactly the filth you you want to see from someone who is about to make your food.... Disgusting experience all around.

The place is empty but still took them 5 minutes to just come to the register and take my single order, then another 20 minutes just to make a single tuna sandwich. I can hear them in the back chit chatting all along.

Allow me to save you a headache… this place is terrible. Stopped here on the way up to PA to visit family and it was such a hot mess. First of all, this is the smallest Jimmy John’s (by a margin) I have ever seen out of the 7-8 locations I have visited around the Northeast. Second, there seemed to be one young man doing EVERYTHING.The two young ladies working there took orders and stared off into space. This kid was working the drive through, making sandwich’s, and explaining operational issues to customers for the entire 25 minutes we waited for our food.I have no idea how this place is still in business. It is an absolute disgrace to the Jimmy John’s franchise! I hope the guy busting his butt in there finds a better place to spend his valuable time, he was the one bright spot in an otherwise forgettable visit.**PS - take note of the canned responses to each complaint below. Even the management team is useless. Let me save you some time…“We are sorry for your experience…” **

ONE & DONE! This manager LIED to me about my order before I left the store. After specifically telling them THREE TIMES NOT to cut our sub, he brought it to me wrapped and when I reminded him that it wasn’t to be cut (it was for 3 people) he lied to me and said it was NOT. Took it home and it was skimpy (one piece of bacon) and yes, it was cut in half … for 3 people. WE WON’T BE BACK! Go to JERSEY MIKE’S; they follow instructions and make GREAT subs.
I've ordered from here multiple times through doordash. If they don't have a driver, they don't tell you until after you order and they confirm it. Then they call 10 minutes later and say they don't have a driver, I can come pick it up or they can void it. Twice I have told them to just void it and neither time have I been refunded.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch, and this location isn’t as good as others I’ve visited throughout MD and DC. Got a Club Lulu and I never thought I’d say this about a JJs sandwich, but it was very light on the filling. Everywhere else I’ve gotten Jimmy John’s, my sandwich has been overflowing with toppings, but this time my sandwich had what seemed like 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of bacon and a smattering of lettuce and tomato. We also got the tuna sandwich, which was not quite as skimpy, but was underseasoned.Service was ok, staff seemed new but was prompt and nice. One thing I’d recommend is giving people a little more time to read the menu after they walk in before asking them what they want.
