Awful gave me food poisoning Thanksgiving Eve for 8 days I felt like crap today is 12/6/2024 and I'm just now feeling better
DO NOT EAT KFC IT WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING.
The WORST holiday of my life was this Thanksgiving I threw up 11 times straight and I threw up for 4 days after consuming it in my body.
KFC I'll never eat you again I have PTSD

Love KFC but when I went through the drive through the person says would you like to try our taste of KFC...they need to let the person know that the sides you want will only plenty for 1 person but the chicken you get enough for 2 people...I know cause I made the mistake of saying sure I will try it...I wish I would have looked at it 1st or asked about it before ordering it...cause it was a waste of money to buy it....so KFC...please get rid of it...cause I would have never bought it if I knew I was getting so little

We ordered a 4 piece meal with two sides and a drink and also order a pot pie. We were asked to pay $31.13 so we paid at the time but didn’t seem correct so while waiting for our food we calculated what the total should have been and it should be $21.39. So I went up to the cashier asking for a refund for the difference. Instead of giving us a refund she started giving us an attitude saying that it is our fault for the way we order our food and yelling at us out loud. One of the worst experience we have had at any restaurant! Manager was very rude!!!! ???

Went there today and ordered some nuggets and 2 3pc chicken meals with one side each.. I wanted 2 wings and a breast .per both chicken orders. when I got home nuggets were ok but chicken was totally wrong . I was given one leg and one thigh per order. Drove back to get what I paid for. Told the guy at the counter chicken was wrong he remade my order checked my order both were still wrong only one wing and one breast. Took it back in told same guy it was wrong he then tells me had to wait 10 mins for chicken . After driving back and forth 4 times I had enough took back the 2 orders that were missing 2 wings . After all that not one fricking apology . P.S.teach the employees the difference between dark meat and white meat and how to count to 3
Dont bother using the app. App said my food was ready at 3:45 I get there at 3:48 and they didn't even start it. Finally got my food at 3:59. I was told they don't use "that system"

Showed up at 915pm very rude was told didn't have no meat- after ordering 4 orders for everyone in the car after a very long car ride on the way back home.
No meat and no French fires and no mashed potatoes as well, asked why she proceeded to tell me that the fryers are polished and are freshly done.
Asked for a manager quote" was told to come back at a normal time" if we wanted food.
Never coming back to this KFC afain.

On the evening of 5/3/24, I decided to treat my wife, daughter and two granddaughters to KFC at Garland Groh Blvd, Hagerstown instead of the usual burger and fries. I was waited on by a very helpful young man and asked how many chicken tenders that I could get in an order. He said they had a 12 piece so I ordered the 12 piece tenders along with the requisite sides that came with it. I also ordered the 5 pc chicken nuggets for my youngest granddaughter. The total cost was $49.80 (ticket # 4714 at 5:47pm). I drove home with the food to find that the order only contained 8 tenders. I quickly returned back to the Garland Groh Blvd KFC with my receipt. When I told the manager that I was shorted 4 tenders and showed her my receipt she asked if I brought back the order. I told her that my grandkids were hungry and that they started eating without me. Instead of quickly acknowledging their mistake, apologize and make up for it she looked at me like I was lying. I said why would I waste my time driving back to the store, miss out on having a meal with my kids just to try and get 4 more tenders without paying for them. Needless to say I was very upset about this Manager’s attitude towards me. Customers shouldn’t have to count pieces of chicken they orderd before leaving the premises to make sure the store got it right. Furthermore, when a customer returns and points out an issue with the order, the store manager should do everything possible to satisfy the customer and not question their motive. The manager actually told me that they gave me 12 tenders to begin with. She doubled down on her insult to me. Can you believe that?

If I could give a minus 5 ,I would! Rude staff, dirty store, and never receive what you ordered. How many bad reviews can they get before they bulldoze it down and do us all a favor!
