Maybe not a direct review of this restaurant but a review of KFC food as a whole. What a let down. Can’t say I eat at KFC often. It’s a rare experience. I had visited a Popeyes recently and was really craving KFC as I use to prefer their chicken more. My bill was $40. Average for chicken. This was for a 8 piece chicken strips meal and 2 large sides. This was just for me so I broke it into 2 meals. I’ll start with the chicken strips. They were small. A little undersized compared to their peers. The outer breading was decent with flavor and crispyness but the chicken inside was very dry and bland. Can’t say I enjoyed them at all. My 2 large sides were the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes and gravy and in my 40 years on earth KFC has done little to nothing to improve their sides which is a shame. Popeyes has oven baked real real mac and cheese. So does Chick fil A. KFC has some kind of fake instant junk. Same goes for their mashed taters. Instant mix with little flavor unless drenched in gravy and leaves you contemplating your life’s choices for spending $40 on this. All in all I have leftovers for today that I have little desire to finish. Because of this I can’t say I recommend KFC in general and would take my hard earned money elsewhere for better value and quality because even if my meal was made fresh at this location it would still unfortunately be lacking.

First off, I have never heard of a restaurant that doesn't give refunds if they are at fault, took 25 minutes to get two orders of fries and for a bonus they told me to go park up front, probably to trick the drive thru monitor to say they are doing faster service. Awful parking lot and litter thrown everywhere.

THIS Chicken was dry tasted like it just came out of the laundromat😋 but I have to give them credit for that delicous honey mustard sauce that gave me so much aura🥶🙈

I have been to many KFC's and I would say this branch should be the standard for all locations. Chicken is perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes are awesome, even the gravy is the best version of all the locations I have been to.
I have seen many unhappy reviews but this based on my drive thru experience today! I have ordered meal number 5 chicken tenders! Kudos to all late shifters today,l and more power!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The employees and manager are very disrespectful. They don’t give you a receipt after you pay for your meal and don’t give you the correct meal and don’t wanna fix the issue they made. I will NEVER go back to this place again
