I’ve been going to this KFC ever since I was a kid. The food is always fresh. Not too greasy like Popeyes. The best chicken. The best fries. And I love getting the Tropicana fruit punch here. Not many fast food places have that drink. This is my go to for chicken!

They need to hire people with better customer service skills, their no lights on menu boards. to start the shift manager nevah got our order wrong, we said we wanted plain chicken sandwiches they were wrong, went inside to order right ones, they said that was their last 4 sandwiches and we should know what comes on them. They were terribly rude!!! I never post bad reviews but this place has me heated the way they treated my wife and i.

Ordered online and wife picked it up. The 12 piece nuggets were not in the bag. Called to tell them and straight got attitude telling me everything was in the bag, calling me a liar. Hung up on my wife twice and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional for a manager to talk to a customer like that. Lady in the background being loud and ignorant af cussing and calling us liars. Never been treated like this by a "manager" of all people. If she is setting the standard then I'm sure the whole place is trash and I'll never go to this location again

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, a man asked me how he could help me, and when I told him I was there to pick up an order, he asked me, "who you yelling at?" I was speaking loudly because my car was running and I was far from the call box - if I was yelling, I didn't realize. It made me feel like he was angry at me for coming to the drive-thru, but the lobby was closed even though it's 11:30 in the morning and during normal business hours. I definitely won't be coming back.
