“Terrible service. After 20 minutes of placing my order and waiting for a couple of pizzas, it turned out they hadn’t even made them, and I had to wait another 20 minutes. This made me late to a birthday party where everyone was waiting for the pizzas.” and the only option they gave me was to refund my money.” Received pizzas 6:16

Very disappointing experience. After waiting 30 minutes, they told me they forgot my order and asked me to wait 15 more. Unacceptable service — I do not recommend this place.

Ordered a Pizza over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Get their was told it will be right out. Then a minute later am told the pizza is stuck in the oven. After a few minutes the pizza is on the counter. I open it and then the cook shouts out of the kitchen, oh hold on I forgot to put the bacon on. I get home and discover the pizza is cold, on a warm summer night. The veggies were never cooked. After 40 years I am done with Ledo’s. Maybe hire professionals not Teenagers to run this store!
Stopped at this pizza establishment on a road trip from Chicago. My only disappointment is being unable to enjoy Ledo Pizza back at home. If you love pizza you have to stop here!
