BEWARE!!!! when using a credit/debit card at this establishment. I am or was a frequent customer of this location and on August 6th I had 2 separate transactions that were made online for a order pickup and on both transactions I was charged almost 6$ more on each transaction where I'm guessing the employees chose to tip themselves on my card without my approval. My ledos receipt online for one total says $16 yet I was charged 22 and my second transaction was supposed to be for $27.00 which is what's displayed on my online ledos receipt but yet my bank was charged $32..

Ordered by phone Monday 7/29. Went pickup medium pepperoni pizza. Paid and waited for 30 additional minutes. Dining room not busy, but two gentleman ahead of me had been waiting an hour. Told me good luck with my order. After one gentleman canceled his order after an hour waiting, I ask about my pizza, the girl went back and came out with a box. I took it home to find an old burnt hard crust and hard cheese pizza. Don't know how long or how old that was. Discussed, threw it away. Be a while before I return.

I arrived about 3 pm: There was a guy, who was at the frontline- very nice, who established a direct customer friendly approach with me immediately! He didn’t appear nervous but moved expeditiously in getting my order that waiting carry out, while the female workers- looked a bit perplexed! I’m so glad he appeared from out of no where! He asked me, if I’d been helped- and he knew what do immediately!!

Got pizza And kids spaghetti. spaghetti was great But the pizza when it arrived it was overdone And little to no sauce You couldn't even taste sauce. I have eaten at ledo's many times for many years and this is the first time that I have had an issue like this I'm disappoimted I took a friend who had never eaten a ledo's pizza and I said oh my gosh you have to try it they are the best and boy did ledo's Hagerstown make me look like a fool.

My Local and regular Ledo. Love everything! Especially the sauce they put on everything. I've been eating it since going to the original Ledo on University Bl 26 YEARS AGO!! just blocks from UM and I haven't found a better sauce since!! MMMMmmmm Good!

Ledo's in Hagerstown is great. A fresh salad with Greek Godess dress, a bowl of wedding soup, a pizza with everything, and a diet pepsi. It was all so delicious after we got the soup hotter. It was so cold in there, I asked the waitress to please turn the air conditioner down. She said she would. The people in the restaurant were saying they were cold too including my husband and my Mom. I don't think she turned it down. I had to put hoodie on and zipper it up. I was still very cold. For that reason, atmosphere was a 1.

Was in town and was looking for a "non-chain" pizza shop and this came up with 4.5 stars. We ordered the thick sliced pepperoni and the white Italian pizzas and cheesy garlic bread as a starter. I could have easily made a meal out of the delicious cheesy garlic bread. The pizza here is very good, but is also very unique. Their pizzas are square and the crust is thin and cooked crispy so it's almost like eating pizza toppings on a cracker. Their sauce was delicious on both pizzas. The ambiance is just what you would expect for a small pizza shop and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Stopped in on a whim cause I had work in the area.... and was not impressed. Its Bland. Super greasy. The tomato sauce is really sweet as well which I'm not keen on. The pepperoni is thicker cut which is good but it has no flavor either.... for 11$, the pizza was a huge disappointment.

Didn’t have a good experience, showed up and nobody to take my order, had to yell before someone showed up, the grilled chicken salad was horrible, it looked like it was done in a rush, the bacon was just crumbs from maybe the previous night, the chicken tasted salty and had zero flavor or should I say had the flavor of salt.

It was after 8.00pm. No one else in the dining room. Waitress was busy cleaning. Took our order. Came back again to recheck it. Sandwich was all wrong. They remade it and still was wrong. The pizza was great. I guess later at night is not a good time to go.
