Order a sandwich with xtra mayo and itbarely had any on it I asked for onions and had no onions on it thix id yhe 3rd time yinz messed up I am done with this place

The food is great but when you say you close at 7 you close at 7 NOT 6:30. You also don’t just stand there and stare at people who are confused as to why your door is locked when the sign clearly says you close at 7.

Horrible customer service. The cashier was the nastiest person I've ever encountered. I told her customers are how they stay in business and pay their pay checks and she said no they do not and she didn't care if they lost business because they make plenty of money. The cashier was disgustingly hateful and rude. I've been going to Locust Point for over 30 years and will never go back because of the way she treated me and my family because we ordered our dinner and she was ready to go home.

Don't let appearances fool you because it is places like Locust Point Market that WILL surprise you... in a GOOD way! Not only are they my favorite deli, they also have great meats in their deli case. Ground beef, boneless chicken breast, pork chops, steaks, etc. all at an extremely fair price. My favorite thing about Locust Point is their hot steamers. Hands down- they are the best that I have ever had. The ground beef is so fine, and the flavor- well it just can't be beat! I'm actually headed there shortly to get a lb of steamer, freshly sliced american cheese, homemade macaroni salad, hamburger rolls, and a bag of chips for dinner. Take a minute to visit this hometown deli if you have never been there. You definitely won't be disappointed!! They have GREAT subs as well!

This place has gone downhill. Every time you go in they are always complaining about something where they make the food. Since they close at 7pm now they are always in a hurry to leave and god for bid people do work during the week so sometimes I cant make it ther until 6 or so. I always go into get subs and lunchmeat and they complain that they already have everything washed off and just say rude comments to each other. Very unprofessional. Either do your job or dont work its just that simple.
