Got the outlaw steak with some mash potatoes and mac and cheese. Best steak I have had and best Mac and cheese I have had.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The steak I was served was clearly reheated in a microwave, even though I ordered medium rare – it came out dry and overcooked. On top of that, I found a hair in my mushrooms, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the high prices. I honestly don’t understand why it’s so expensive for this level of quality. I’m attaching photos to show what their idea of “medium rare” looks like.

Parking: I usually dont eat steak especially eating out but the Flo's filet was exceptionally tender and well seasoned the side salad, loaded baked potatoe, and sweat tea were all very good. Our waitress was good. If I go for a steak in the future I believe this would be my choice in this area. Convenient location just off I 70 anx about 3 miles from the interstate 81 and 70 interchange. No wait and was seated within minutes, close to a gas station amd other businesses including Walmart, an outlet, Sheetz, and Aldi's food store.

Just left this location. Food was OK but the service was subpar. The server couldn't bring appetizers or the main courses for the party at the same time. Had to ask her two times for items she forgot to bring. It was the birthday of someone in the group and the hostess was advised so that the person could be recognized prior to being seated. It never happened... And to top it off prior to bringing the bill our very rude waitress was standing within earshot loudly complaining to a coworker that "every time I walk by they ask for something". Of course no tip and a formal complaint lodged with the manager.

Wow! 10/10 for this restaurant. The food is delicious, the managers and staff were so friendly and the place was clean! We will definitely come to Ronda’s location on our travels again.
