This McDonald's said that it closed at 11:00 I came to the drive-thru about 10:52 set 4 minutes and minutes back up went to the other speaker drove around the building came back and it was still 10:55 all I was getting was an ice cream cone and a large drink but they ignored me and then 1 minute before they were supposed to actually closed while I was sitting at the speaker they turned the menu and the lights off I know that I was getting their minutes before they closed wasn't even ordering food something should be done to them for not abiding by their own hours of operation and this isn't the first bad experience I've had at this McDonald's and they cleaned me out of pennies and having given pennies for over a month which every other store around them has not had that issue it's just the McDonald's who's getting the extra money why don't they round up just a bunch of horrible experiences how to avoid that McDonald's if I had an option I won't be going back to it

After ordering on the app and hitting already here. This McDonalds on 170 Northern claimed they never made my order because I wasn't there to pick it up, which is the whole point of ordering ahead of time. However when I walked in I heard the manager April telling one of her employees to get rid of the order because I wasnt there all though I was standing at the register. The manager was highly unprofessional. Chewing loudly and smacking her gum as she rudely told me they never started my order although I heard her tell the worker to toss it and my hashbrowns were still on the fryer. There is no point in ordering on the app and paying ahead of time if my food isn’t gonna be prepared until I get there . I made as well use the Drive-Thru. This location is terrible and the app is useless

This is like the 1000th time I show up to this location because it’s the closest, but they always send me to a waiting spot because my order is never ready. And on top of that, I still get cold food. Makes no sense. Blame me though for thinking it might get better.
