Woman at the drive thru shorted us food and we could hear her telling the employee at the headset to say no about various items, went back through to ask for my food and they shut the lights off on me after finishing taking another persons order, zero communication. went around and the woman at the window was very rude about giving us the food

I don’t like eating fast food and much prefer other ways. But when I need something fast I expect it to be ready. I have ordered on the app ahead of time (knowing this one is slow) and have waited another 30 minutes for my food. Do not go here. They do not respect your time or you. The amount of times I have stood by the counter to be ignored is astounding. I really do not understand why the owner of the store just gut it out and hire competent people that actually work. It blows my mind how much more money they’d make if they also applied themselves. But that’s the trickle down effect 🤷🏻♂️
