First of all got halfway thru the order and couldnât hear the person talking kept having to repay my order five times. Left the drive thru went inside order and got the whole order wrong I paid for extra pickles the first time and got only two. Now I worked at McDonaldâs and know extra pickles ainât two pickles so I went thru drive thru had to get more pickles and had to pay for it again. This McDonaldâs should be shut down. The customer service and the pace of these people. We have to wait five minutes for a cup of pickles and my fries were cold. Brunswick McDonaldâs is way better than this place and thatâs saying something

This place is freaking insane. Mobile orders mixed with counter orders and too many people servicing drive-through and not enough on the counter. Such long wait times. Super dysfunctional.

The people who work here are very trashy rude people. My boyfriend was getting food on his way home the other night and they took his payment gave him the drinks had him sit there not getting his food while it sat in front of the window for a couple minutes then they handed it to him he said Iâm missing my fries they said yeah I know and closed the window. I was just there getting food and the girl on the speaker is rude and argumentative with everyone in front and behind me including myself. This is an every single time thing youâd think the location closer to town would be like thisâŠ

They have the most friendly est... employees on the morning shift... they know me as Meg but they are the absolute best never a negative word or look always a kind n friendly smile I truly enjoy đ âșïž buying my breakfast lunch n dinner here....they all deserve a raise...
