Service at the Commons location by Jimmy Johns was terrible. They would not take our order at the drive through sat there almost 10 mins in the 2nd lane while they kept taking orders in the first lane. Had to go inside. All the employees were unfriendly and in bad moods. By the time I got my food it was just OK. And after getting back in the car noticed little pieces of black mold all through my orange HiC so couldn't even drink my drink.

This place is highly unprofessional. The woman taking my order left mid order to fill a person's order no big deal but came back and proceeded to tell me I can no longer order breakfast when I was half way through my order after waiting 15 minutes to even have my order taken. The manager was doing nothing but texting on her phone. I would recommend to just keep going for something else to eat before you even waste your time.

This is on Febuary 27, 2025. I went inside to order food and the main boss at the counter who helps get the ffod for drivethrough looked at me over a half dozen times and not once told me someone would be with me shortly ot got someone to take my order. I literally stood there as the only person in line at the time for 6 minutes since my break is timed. During this time 5 different employees looked at me and did nothing. I finalky had to walk out witjout food. I will never go here again. I went to Checkers across the street and got wsited on instantly and had my food within 1 minute. Ridiculous. Complete disrespect and incopatence. I hope the owner sees this and something is done. This is not the first time ive had a bad experiance inside. They only are about drivethough.
