Update…. I went for lunch yesterday they ask me to pull up. No one was behind me so I said no. When I refused to pull up the manager gave me my money back. If your worried about your times maybe do your job faster. Chrisy was awesome. The lady in the blue was mean a yelling. You shouldn't be yelling at employees...

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they have you pull up and wait 10-15 minutes for your food. The worst McDonald’s ever. I always think there’s no way it’ll happen again and it does. Even if you order ahead on the app. And your order still won’t be correct. Doesn’t matter. DO BETTER!!!

Hours say they’re open at 5 so I placed a mobile order just to get there and sit for minutes with no answer. I pull to the pickup window and the sticker says they don’t open until 7. So there’s that.

Ordered 2 McDoubles cheese and ketchup only. Came out with everything on it. Went inside waited a couple minutes to get service. Requested replacements. Girl came out and said 2 McDoubles only ketchup...they had onions on them. Didn't have time left on lunch break. Left without lunch. Good job McDonald's. Probably the same owner as the one at pilot down the street another joke location.

Ordered delivery. Received no straw for the drink, tried to call to fix a mistake and never got through to the store, and the fries were barely filled. Won't let me post pictures but I took pictures cause the fries were so low.

This McDonald’s as a whole is just a hot mess. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I get pulled up. EVEN when I’m the only one in the drive thru! I got pulled up once here FOR A DRINK! The one time I ordered a meal I actually told them no that I would not pull up. I asked how long it’d be, the lady told me 5 minutes. I said I’ll wait here AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT WAS A MATTER OF SECONDS and there was my food. I used to work fast food! That’s why I know what they’re trying to do here. I understand drive thru times but it’s honestly next level just a joke at this establishment. I’m currently sitting pulled along with the 5 cars that were in front of me and all I ordered was a bagel sandwich meal with an iced latte. This issue needs to be fixed or no one will ever want to come here. It’s very frustrating.
