Old fries. Didn't give my cheeseburger. Had no sign they they were out of the minecraft toy and gave a basket ball one instead causing an upset child.

I always thought this location was the best but I will now say it’s not. I have 3 kids and to make things easy I ordered through the mobile order and wait for it to be brought out to me. That way nothing can be missing or wrong when we get the order. I had to wait 25 minutes for the food to come out to the car and when it did the lady acted like she didn’t even want to be there, no smile not even a hello or anything. I had no cup carrier for the 4 drinks I got. Then I noticed I was missing a 6 piece nugget happy meal, I let her know and she tried to question me. So she went back in to get it. Meanwhile for waiting this long for our food the drive up had only 3 people so how were you busy. I then checked the rest of the order I got and the fries were Cold. Like if I have to wait this long they should be hot. The girl came out and gave me the happy meal after 6 more minutes of waiting. None of the meals had ranch in them. I was already so annoyed at this point so my daughter walked in to get ranch and they only gave her 2 packets for ALL the nuggets we had. All 4 meals came with nuggets. I guess I will have to come in for now on to get my food So it’s correct cause this was ridiculous. Customer service sucked terribly. All I wanted to do was pick up food quick and take the kids to the park.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your McDonald's Restaurant #10668, located at 10525 Sharpsburg Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740, on December 13, 2024. I frequently use the drive-thru for convenience, but it seems that my orders are often incorrect. On this occasion, the drive-thru line was long, so I decided to knock on the window to request the correct dipping sauce for my nuggets. I always ask for Hot Mustard but consistently receive Honey Mustard instead. While this may seem like a minor issue, the rude customer service I experienced compels me to address it. When I informed the staff member that I had received Honey Mustard instead of Hot Mustard, she immediately insisted that the order specified Honey Mustard. I was confident that I had requested Hot Mustard, but she continued to argue. When I mentioned checking my receipt, she responded dismissively and told me not to "get smart." This response was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since I was correct in my order. I returned to the restaurant to show her the receipt, which confirmed that I had indeed ordered Hot Mustard. Despite this, she made me wait while she took three more drive-thru orders before addressing me. When I finally showed her the receipt, she apologized, but only after I insisted on verifying the order. Her initial response and subsequent behavior were unacceptable. I asked for her name, and she identified herself as Teresa, the General Manager. When I inquired about her superior, she claimed there was no one above her, which I find hard to believe. As a regular customer of McDonald's, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and find it hard to believe that a General Manager would treat a customer in such a manner. I request that this matter be addressed Now per McDonald’s customer care, since no one reached out in 72 hours, the case 31759197 was closed. So this is how people get away with rude customer service because the owners do nothing and the cases are closed and then it’s up to the customer to keep filing over and over again?! That doesn’t sound right I’m following up again and filed another complaint. I would like a response as to how this will be handled. When the cashier opened the window to take my money, it reeked of weed in there. And she didn’t say much. I was kind of shocked that the employees are smoking while they’re working, especially around food.
