I understand fast food isn’t fine dining, but the experience at this McDonald’s during the evening shift is consistently disappointing. The customer service is almost nonexistent, no greeting, no eye contact, and a long wait for food. Management seriously needs to step in.

I was driving a 26 foot U-Haul truck. Only the drive-through is open. And the manager let me my husband and my brother come make a order at the drive-through window. She is very friendly. And I can tell that she is a great leader because the team was happy and smiling. And willing to make a great McDonald’s meal. Even making sure that we had fresh fries. Whoever was working the Night Shift a young lady at night. She deserves high honors. As a fellow fast food worker if I worked at this, McDonald’s, I would want to be on her shift. She deserves her raise.

No condiments out of napkins. Ordered to eat in and was given a bag with no napkins. Another person tried to get refills and got tired of waiting since soda machine was behind counter. Drive thru moved fast but inside was very slow.

Ordered on DoorDash an hour before the drive thru closed, the dasher got there 40 minutes before they closed. She waited 10 minutes to then be told they’re not processing orders at this time. If your store is still open there’s no reason you shouldn’t be processing orders.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and didn't check my order until well after I got on the road I found out it was the wrong stuff. The bag had only two hash browns. I called the store to let them know and they said they put my name on the list and they would fix it the next time I came back by. We'll see what happens.

Waited 25 minutes for a 5$ meal and then didn't get no BBG sauce and when I asked no on brought it to me terrible service everyone had a attitude like they was the one waiting 25 mins on 3 items this is ridiculous
