This has got to be the worst McDonald's. In Hagerstown, and I thought the one on weasel boulevard was this one has it beat food was cold. Employees were rude. One employee had loud music playing from her phone in her pocket and was more worried about the manager sitting at the table, eating his food. Then she was serving the customers.
If you want a decent McDonald's, go to the room on Sharpsburg Pike, they never disappoint. That's the best one in Hagerstown, always clean, always polite.
And definitely.Make sure their customers come first instead of worrying about flirting with the other employees

I had order from online ordering 2 milkshakes at 140am. I came to pick up and i was told they dont serve milkshakes after 1am. Well looks like to me you need to update your system. Mcdonalds app will block out out of stock or unavailable items at a certain time.

Takes insanely long to get food, that’s usually incorrect. Then staff is rude when you try to correct your order. And it’s more often than not that this occurs.

This has to be one of the worst in the area. Food is often incorrect, the drive thru is extremely slow, and almost always the person taking orders is not paying attention or barely speaks in any form of coherent English. We have given up on trying to go here.

The person in the drive-thru couldn't understand me this morning after repeating numerous times both my app number and my coupon number. This whole endeavor took about 3 minutes. 3 minutes of repeating myself over and over again. I ended up just leaving without breakfast this morning, because I was just too frustrated to deal with it.
