So I want to say that I came in as a truck driver and I’m leaving as a very, very happy client. This store at 8:07pm here on 8/14/25 was immaculately clean, and organized. Lots of sites are nasty, and not stocked on the cleanliness of their locations.

Thank you for whoever got “strict” on the cleanliness of this location.

I went in looking for the boo bucket for my daughter and niece. They wanted them because they love Halloween. The lady at the register said that they had them but they weren’t allowed to handout specific ones. She said that if I ordered the happy meal she should be able to give me one. So I ordered two happy meals. The manager must have overheard her because he grabbed to happy meals and gave them to me. I was not there when they were busy either. Why is the manager so hateful that a four year old who was with me can’t have a miniature boo bucket?

Everything was pulled from the fryers WAYYYY too early. Fries were severely undercooked and so were the nuggets it was like biting into a sponge.

This place is absolutely disgusting now! The people here can't even make anything right or read anything, they let the drinks and Ice cream sit and melt/ get watered down while they take forever with the food, forget stuff then I'm told she will replace the order with the recit yet pick and chooses what to replace just bc some things were made right I said the food was nasty! It tasted like old grease and like it sat there forever and all she replaced was the fries that that halfway filled up last night and two drinks...spent over $50 for this nasty food .. this one used to be our go to McDonald's who did things right and now whoever works there now just ran it straight into the ground!! So no I don't apologize now for the nasty messages I left bc Justine didn't even do what she said .... It wasn't just the things wrong, everything was nasty!!! She was to make our order again!!! I will be contacting corporate. Do not waste your money or time here unless you have it throw away and like the taste of old grease and watered down drinks, melted stuff and having to go through all this trouble just to have them LIE! There is no way those reviews are right unless it's from before six months ago when it actually was good. update: JUSTINE is selfish and heartless.. she dont care and will not fo her Job. Thus McDonald's has been horrible the past three months.. she says the food needed inspection lmao were you gonna taste it? Finger my food? I said its nasty there for it's nasty so remake it... Sad she let kids me hungry nc they wouldn't eat it.. it was bitter and had old white grease on it .. fries were cardboard.. Everything was horrible and our last money was thrown out and the kids ate ramen again.. so now im in battle with corporate and trying to get ahold of the owner for this order replaced or a gift card preferably to anyone store. Jaquann at Massey is awesome. A real manger and easily fixed.

Very unprofessional management team today july 11 around 3:15 pm all 3 of your managers displayed how unprofessional they where when i ordered 3 snack wraps and they where all complaining for the wrap to be done with and the black manager was talking and i overheard her say i have one meaning one in the landing zone ..all i said was i wanted all 3 mad at fresh as in at the same time because i worked for mcopco for many years and i know food goes long and gets nasty…once the other manager asked the white manager (and im describing them this way because they refused to identify themselves or give me your number) on table for them she started mocking me saying he wanted em fresh he is going to wait the 7 mins …not to mention they cheat on kvs times by serving the orders before they actually have it …i will be escalating this further..this is the start…by the date in time i onow u can find these 3 excuses for management

Came in a ordered a quarter pound meal, it took 35 mins to get my food and it wasn’t even busy. Several people came in after me and were served and left. When I finally got my food there was nobody waiting for theirs.

I had points, so I ordered a spicy McChicken with no mayo, a McDouble, and six nuggets. I received my food after 23 minutes. The nuggets were ice cold at that point, the McDouble was just a regular cheeseburger with only one patty, and the McChicken was covered in mayonnaise. What an awful experience.

I normally use the drive thru at this location. The people are nice and I rarely experience any issues with my food at this location compared to other McDonalds in the area.
