Great food but watch out for this place. They automatically add the tip. And then they give you a check that has a place to write in an additional tip, basically trying to get double tips.

Dinned in and ordered the combination steak and shrimp hibachi. States meal comes with 2 shrimp we didnt notice we received it. When we ordered we were asked rice or noodles. We ordered noodles. To our knowledge we have never been charged at a hibachi if we got noodles vs rice anywhere else. But our receipt said $2 upcharge. We brought it to waiters attention he said yes it's an upcharge it doesn't state that in the menu only if you get fried rice. Based off of our experience and the portion size of noodles was rather small and the upcharge we won't be back.

I have been coming to Nikko’s every year on my birthday for a long time and it has always been great. We always book a reservation in advance to ensure there is a seat ready for us. This year we reserved 6pm, after arriving a little before 6 we were told it would be a few minutes before we could be seated. Patiently we sat there, being understanding of how busy they were. Eventually 30 minutes had passed and we were starting to get a little agitated. After asking the host how much longer it would be she said they were still sweeping the floors. After I expressed my frustration with the wait even with a reservation she showed no remorse. Finally we told the host we were ready to leave and then magically all of a sudden she took us straight back and sat us down immediately. There was no sweeping/cleaning being done, what a shocker 🤦‍♂️. No way to treat long time customers, we will not be going back.

Ive come here many times and can't complain, except, 2 different times ive asked to replace the rice portion for lo-mein. In stead of replacing the rice with more lo-mein, they just dont give me rice. Like yeah okay, let me pay full price for less food 👍

We enjoyed our dine-in experience for a birthday party, but when it comes to ordering for takeout you do not receive your soup and salad with your order like most competitors of the same cuisine type of food offer. It is also more expensive than others nearby.

I’ve been going to Nikko’s sushi and Japanese restaurant ever since I was at least 3 or 4 years old. Q one of the waiters is amazing at his job I give Nikkos a 5 stars they are amazing always. I am 12 now I just beat cancer even tho sushi was a restricts-ion we made it work with fully cooked sushi they offer the best when your friendly❤️ thank you guys so much over the past 8 years!!
