It took 52 minutes to get our food!

The chicken parm is disgraceful, I can’t believe it was that bad I’m honestly shocked that you can actually mess that up. I will never go back, never get my money again smh

Food and service are always incredible.

I brought my daughter here for her first time in and was a bit disappointed. The food took almost 30 minutes to get to the table. The food was really good and the server apologized and gave us each a free bowl for the next time. I’m glad they recognized it took too long and made it right without us even asking. Love the food here.

Nice little quick casual pasta restaurant. This was my second time eatting at this chain and it was pretty good! Definitely recommend the Korean Meatballs, they have a nice sweet taste with a spicy kick. The process for takeout is super easy as well which is always ideal. Definitely will be back

I walked in and WAS GREETED (Caps because he wanted to make that point before I walked out) by a young boy. He was behind the counter, said hi and then proceeded to grab a cup and then leave the counter and went to the soda machine. I stood and waited. When he came back behind the counter he walked past me and said nothing. I stood there for a second before I asked if anyone was working. He stated that he did indeed greet me. HE DID lol... then got his soda then proceeded to act like I wasn't standing there. I get he is a kid but he's working!!! Unprofessional! I walked out. Oh and I was the only customer in there.

Best food great variety taste and texture

They were really busy on this visit so it took 20 mins but we got a coupon for waiting towards our next visit. The food was great and the service was great. Very impressed

Pretty good place for inexpensive pasta. Gluten free options.
