We stopped in on our way back to Baltimore, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality dining experience. The food was beautifully presented, and it was delicious. The sauce was light and flavorful, just perfect. The lunch specials were such a good deal, and we plan to go back when we're in Hagerstown again!

Great sushi for such a small town. Was driving thru and glad I stopped. Crab Rangoon could use some more filling. Tap water was gross. Sushi was tasty and they customized my order without hesitation. Fast service and food delivery. Would stop again.

First time in the restaurant a couple of weeks ago I was so impressed and happy with the service and food.Today I placed a $74 order for pick up and the shrimp tempura was bad so we had to throw it out. When I told the manager she said it’s fried and she’s never heard of that PLUS she gave me the lunch price for the bento box when she should have charged me the dinner price. I guess I’m to be grateful for the price cut and then throwing out $8.00 for the tempura as she wanted to know what I wanted her to do?? So aggravating! I was so happy to find this place and recommended to friends that have been there and love it too, but now due to the bad service today—- no moreIf you have to ask what should be done, you shouldn’t be a manager

The food is fine when they actually listen to the order. But they were told repeatedly to not include any sort of shellfish—no crab, no shrimp—because of a bad shellfish allergy yet they still manage to include shrimp in the meal. They ultimately fixed it, but it further delayed the meal because they didn’t get it right the first time. Strongly recommend that anyone eating here who might have any sort of allergy take extreme care and double check your order rather than assuming they will have fulfilled it in the way you require.

Tonight was our second visit here and both we unacceptable and we will not return. The wait time is so crazy... how can you run a business this way. Remembering that the wait was long last time, today we called ahead.. she said 40 minutes but what she really meant was 1.5 hours! We will not be returning!!!
