My husband went to the one in Hagerstown this past Thursday for an early lunch. The service was great as always. We went to order and my husband always orders the Prime Rib. The server told us that Prime Rib is now only served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We never saw that advertised anywhere. My husband loves the Prime Rib and he was seriously upset and disappointed, so he ordered a hamburger. Nothing beats a Bloomin Onion and Aussie Cheese Fries. Shame on the executives that thought this up and not advertising it. You have lost a loyal guest. We will be spending our money at Texas Roadhouse where my husband can pick his steak and enjoy their delicious Prime Rib.

Worst meal I’ve had here. We were here 1 week ago with 4 guests and food was fair. This time the 6 oz filet was overcooked and tasteless. We normally have awesome food at other Outback locations.

Food is good. Service is great, fast and efficient. Friendly staff. I just wish people would learn to not be loud about personal problems. Not everyone wants to hear you be a crappy human being gossiping about your coworkers. Toxic conversations are not for dinning.
