What’s with the portions ……… Panera you aren’t a cheap restaurant to be giving poor portions specially on soup

just watched a female manager harass a door dash or uber eats delivery guy for refilling his coffee, he even asked for just “hot water” and she refused and berated him infront of employees and customers. I wouldn’t stand for it, and offered to pay for his coffee but he was a nice guy and refused and left. The things we have going on in this world all the war and awful things, but a Panera manager gets her thrills from harassing a hard working delivery driver that is making the Panera company money anyway!!! Ridiculous
If this had been filmed it would’ve went viral and he would’ve became the next Panera Bread spokesperson.

I went here yesterday after work, after not eating all day. Just to get to the end of my sandwich and notice that the bread had mold on it. Shaking my head! I was disgusted and displeased by what I found. Guys please make sure that you look over your food before consuming it.

I had a terrible experience with customer service through the cashier Safina. I asked to resolve a issue with my order, and the representative was not only unhelpful but also rude. She seemed disinterested in my problem, and more concerned with that it was getting close to her getting off. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected much better support and service from this company. I won't be returning!

I can fit the amount of chicken salad in the palm of my hand with more tomatoes then I’ve ever see on such a small sandwich, six tomato. It had more tomatoes than chicken salad. Bread hard.

I hate this location but my daughter was sick so i get her chicken noodle soup which she asks for. I got a sandwhich and 2 cookies for me and my wife. We love the food but the service sucks. My sandwhich was not wrapped so when i open the bag to check my food, its basically laying open in the bag. The soup spilled when they put it in the bag and the bag ripped. On top of that, they didnt give me the cookies and they dont have any baguette. A bread place that doesnt have... bread. Thats crazy! Its 530 on a friday night and they are out of supplies. Again, food is good, service sucks. Didnt leave the parking lot, jumped back in line, waited another 15 minutes to get back up to the window to be handed a bag, a wrap for the sandwhich, and the two cookies. It gets 2 stars because we do like the food, just hate to deal with the people. Eating in we dont normally have problems.

Me and my boyfriend ate there for dinner. He ordered the potato soup and a grilled cheese. I had a turkey sandwich & Mac n cheese. Within 15 minutes of us finishing our meal, my boyfriend began to feel sick and vomited multiple times.

I was at this location because I knew I could count on Panera to be clean and a safe place to meet up with a friend. I was finishing a road trip with my daughter and was able to wait at Panera for my friend to take me home so my daughter could get back on the road to her home.
The flavor of the food is delicious, they just aren't worth their prices anymore. Their portions have been cut down drastically. I kept going back hoping they would step it up and each time my sandwich would have 1 piece of Avocado, 3 bites of chicken and all of the fillings were piled into 1/4 of the sandwhich except the the thin slab of egg (about half of the size of previous). The customer service is pretty great each time but it doesn't make up for a total lack of quality food. I'm going to miss my Panera breakfasts. ?

Panera took my complaint into consideration and turned this place around. They hired all new people got rid of the people that were bringing the place down. Now it's awesome ❤️ good job Panera!

I was in drive-thru for over 20 mins today, Sunday Oct 20 @ 1:15 pm. I literally saw two people come and go by foot to order some food. They came and went. And I’m still in the drive-thru on grid lock, with the same amount of cars ahead of me. That was Ridiculous!!!!! Never coming here again. I’d rather go to Wendy’s next door next time I’m in the vicinity with an appetite.
