Ordered pizza on the app on Sunday 1/12. After getting home we realized the pizza was burnt, not cut and the wings had literally no sauce on them. Called the restaurant and spoke to the store manager named Casey. Let me tell you about this lady. She was the rudest “manager” I have ever spoken to. Her tone was so unprofessional. I could hear her eye rolls through the phone. No apology and she insisted on arguing with me, cutting me off and denying me resources to call and make a complaint above her. I’m not sure how this “manager” is even employed?!? For the sake of your customers, get rid of this lady. She’s bad for business. I can only imagine how many other customers she has been rude to! I will also be calling corporate and making a formal complaint about this store manager also!

Pizza was cold from a very quick grub hub delivery, someone probably ordered it hours ago and it just sat until we ordered it instead of making a fresh pizza.

Delivery order, placed on line but only recieved 2 of my ordered items. Called restaraunt, requested refund, person couldn't handle request. Eventually spoke Ken, manager, he made the refund and at my request remade the missing items for me to pick up the next day. Ken was the only element of this experience that deserves 5 stars.
Never waiting for more then 5 minutes for my orders. If it's more the 5 minutes they tell me just that and apologize for the waite. I appreciate that from business.

I grew on on pizza hut,back when it was a place for the whole family.....it's probably been 15 years since Ive had their pizza....how things have changed.....I compare it to little Caesars now ....it was very disappointing.....might have just been this location but it wasn't what i remember it to be....no cheese...flat as a pancake ...and dry.....
