Ordered 2 pizzas, cheesesticks, double order bread sticks and cinnamon rolls. Once got home to eat they gave an empty box and no breadsticks. Tried to call multiple times and no answer for minimum 5 minutes. Go back to tell them and took all the food to prove and they didn't care. Didn't apologize or anything. Wasted my time and had to deal with hungry kids even longer... how do you forget that and give an empty box.

Always appreciated this place because it was the closer to my house but recently the customer service and quality/presentation of the food has gone up a lot. They are under new management and the service and team are so friendly and helpful. I got three large pizzas for my birthday and the pizza was commercial level pretty lol! The toppings were even and the sauce was all the way to the crust (I hate when pizza doesn’t have sauce to the crust).

Sometimes its a takeout pizza for dinner kind of night, and sometimes Pizza Hut ends up being the only nearby option still open. Not the best pizza in Hagerstown by far and service severely lacking (make sure they give you your full order - speaking from experience on that end). Overall you get what you pay for, so keep expectations low.
Great Food. Pizza and wings. Fed 10 with 3 pizzas and some wings. Around 60 bucks is very reasonable.

We ordered from here a few days ago, the food was hot and ready the time it was supposed to be, the people to counter were friendly, and we were in and out quickly. My only complaint is actually with the app, I seem to have an issue every time I order through the Pizza Hut app. Convenient spot, right along a main street, tons of parking, rarely have I ever had an issue at this location.

Orderd online a large pizza with unlimited topping paid 2.25 for extra cheese I got the pizza and the pizza had not enough topping won't go back away a problem I stop going there fir awhile

My GF made the unfair assumption that this was one of those throwback pizza huts. The bone in wings and breadsticks were great but everything else disappointed.
