Wasn't a good experience for online ordering. I order things a deal and asked for boneless wings honey BBQ and plain and when I got it they were all honey BBQ and then was told that the online ordering comes out different on there end did not like that at all will most likely not come back to this one as I did order same type of deal at the pizza hut in WV and had no problems

Worst Pizza Hut I Ever Seen, First let's talk service, this pizza huts employee are mean af, and the interior, looks like the inside of a garbage can, no buffet is in order even though the stand is still there, the booths are a mess, there is napkins of drawings, food, and stuff everywhere, makes me wanna throw up everytime I think about this place, they said they have not changed the interior within 5+ years, which is disgusting, don't recommend coming to this one, go to the one on Maryland Avenue, you can actually still sit in that one and the interior is really "clean"! That's one Pizza Hut that deserves customers there, I am giving a warning to anyone who comes here, DONT COME HERE EVER OR EVER AGAIN

Website did not work. Crashed constantly and when it did work I would put in my entire order and hit pay and nothing would happen. Tried to call to order instead and was answered by an incompetent employee who did not know what a supreme pizza was despite it being on their menu.

Hands down, theeeeee best pizza place I've ever been and I believe I've had every kind from everywhere. PERFECT PIZZA EVERY SINGLE TIME. WHEN I SAY PERFECT, I MEAN PICTURE PERFECT AND TASTE PERFECT. Perfection at its finest!!!!!Finally, a pizza hut that makes pan pizza like the good Ole days ,when going to pizza hut was the best treat!. Golden buttery perfect crust with the cheese melted perfectly all over! I'm now addicted!!!. The staff are always soo pleasant, friendly and inviting. I'm military and have traveled all over and this is by far the best pizza hut ever!!! Even the next day, when I warm it up in the oven, on a cookie sheet......PERFECT !!!!!! I absolutely ? recommend this pizza hut. Again and again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!10 ? ?

Relatively great prices. Pizza is always excellent and the customer service is always refreshing! Every now and then I end up ordering a pizza for take out literally minutes before they close and the food quality and service is still excellent! This Dual Hwy location is consistently excellent! In my opinion, Pizza Hut is a nice go-to pizzeria if you are on a budget. The deals are great, and quality isn't sacrificed for price.As a side note::The Pizza Hut app is pretty easy to use and straightforward, The rewards program is nice as well and easy to accumulate points. Great
Vegetarian options: You can decide what you want on your pizza. They also have a Veggie Lovers pizza that is pretty good too. The app is easy to use as well

My only complaint is that thus is the second time now that I have ordered cheesy bread sticks and they don't cut them into sticks! How stupid is that? I don't understand how the servers can miss something so simple, but it is extremely annoying!
