They seem to constantly forget things in by bag. Today I ordered an extra biscuit and paid for it and they didn't give it to me.Update 1/26/24-- today attempted to order the new wings for my hubby and get an apple pie for myself . Placed mobile order on my way down the road , giving them ample time to prepare bc I know they be super slow. Well I got there and it still wasn't ready. Order placed at 3:30 pm got to store at 3:45 and still had to wait until 4pm for a singular apple pie. That right folks, it apparently takes 20 minutes for an apple pie. Bc manager lady was too busy gossiping about another employee who was "supposed to drop the pies at 3pm" but again I was at the store at 340, approximately 40 mins later.Conclusion -- this Popeyes is too busy with the manager getting social time instead of working.

This location in particular is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. My friend and I placed 2 mobile orders. We were greeted upon arriving the DT. The issue stated at the window. The presenter person asked for the name on the order. Then shut the window automatically. Handle us 1 bag then shut the window and walk away. She then noticed we were still at the window. She open the window and asked what we were waiting for. I said we have second order. Handle me the bag and once again walked away. She then returned to the window. Only this time she crack open the window instead of fully open the window. I asked for BBQ sauce and jelly. She gave us 1 BBQ and 3 jelly for an order of 4 piece of chicken, 2 biscuits and 3 side orders. I asked for more sauce, she proceeded to say. We have to charge for extra sauce. I said ma'am we have 2 orders you just gave us 1 sauce. She said I understand but we charge. I was not going to argue with her over 2 sauce. so, I pay the .50 cents plus tax. This lady have no customers service skills whatsoever. She's rude and is not friendly at all. Iam a GM at a restaurant myself and this type of employee shouldn't be working with customers at all. Instead she should be working in the kitchen as far away from customers as possible. She's a latina lady on her late 20's early 30's with dental braces.

Be careful and double check your orders before driving off. They have hired people who don't understand the difference between a wing and a leg. Never had issues till now and always recommended this place for good food but I'm pissed... the girl handling the drive through had no clue what to do and we had to explain several times what we wanted. Drive up to the window and the lady repeated our order correctly... we get home and I got legs.. not wings in my order... so it's going in the trash. Drove thirty minutes one way just to be disappointed.

Love the popcorn shrimp. Chicken is way better then KFC! I absolutely hate their drive through design, not suitable for big vehicles or inexperienced drivers.

We just purchased Red Beans and Rice. The fried chicken meal is expensive. Plus they no longer sell Cajun Rice.
The place is nice, and the food is good too, but they take to loooooooooong to serve the food.

The food was still hot and fresh at 10.30pm.Me and family went and got the 10piece family meal using the coupon and everything down to the side other was fresh.Great team.Parking: Went through the drive thru but at the front of the store you got some space for cars to park and dine in.

Ordered dark meat 8piece chicken. Received 8piece mixed and chicken was dry and appeared to be old. This is the second time this has happened to me. Previously the chicken was fresh and awesome. I am not near there this evening but will be taking the chicken back tomorrow. Probably won't be getting chicken there again, too bad since it used to be awesome.
