I ordered food to go and I didn't have to wait long. The food was hot and fresh, and so good! I love pizza and I love pretzels so I knew I was going to love this place. The pretzel covered reeses were amazing

I've ordered from the Hagerstown location twice, and both times have been piss poor experiences. I ordered calzones both times, as well as inside out mozzarella pretzel sticks the last time. The calzones were delivered in paper bags, and the mozzarella sticks in a pizza box, which I found odd... There was a set of utensils wrapped in a napkin set on top of the mozzarella sticks that stuck to the cheese. The Philly cheesesteak calzone had no cheese inside, and both calzones had very sweet dough. I suspect sugar was used instead of salt... I haven't had an issue like this at the frederick one, so I can only assume they have some very stupid people running the orders. Because of this, I will never order from this place again. I've been burned twice, shame on me.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Food is always great. My favorite is probably the Bianca pizza (not pictured in my review) My boyfriend got the wings & they were huge! It can be a little pricey but the quality definitely fits the bill. Their fountain Mr pibb is also always crisp & delicious. I’m honestly surprised it’s never crowded when I go. They got a nice bar set up too!

Om goodness this place is so fantastic The food is delicious there are no words on how phenomenal it is!!!

Parking: It's right downtown and on the main Street so there's not a lot of parking Right up front it's best to park in one of the parking lots or parking garages and depending on the time will depend on whether you have to pay or not

Overall solid. The food was tasty, the place was clean, and the service by the workers and cooks was speedy which i appreciated. But I will say if you are looking for a super professional restaurant experience this may not be the place for you. The vibe from the workers was very casual which i personally don’t have a problem with, just thought i’d mention it. Only problem are the high prices but that’s everywhere I guess. I got the bbq chicken pretzel pizza which was $15 for the smallest size. It was about 8 inches wide

I ordered from pretzel and pizza creations today to deliver to my best friend in the hospital with her baby. Trying to make sure my best friend ate today as she struggles with getting her little one healthy enough to head home. This place went above and beyond to help me, from taking my order on the phone seamlessly and then getting to the door dasher who they use as their third party delivery service. After I received a message saying the dasher couldn’t deliver to the hospital (for an unknown reason), they remade the food in an attempt to deliver again, which door dash again made difficult. Then the manager himself drove my order to the hospital to deliver to a Mommy in need of an actual meal. I can’t thank this place enough for their customer service and making sure a Momma ate today and a best friend was able to take care of her from afar. 10/10.

Very crappy service and unfriendly people. MAYBE ACT PEOPLE EXIST WHEN THEY WALK IN?! I think this explains why there was only 6 customers there at 7pm on a Saturday.

When we walked in all we got were weird looks. Sat at a table for a while and was never greeted, and just kinda sat there awkwardly. Which is crazy considering there were about 10 employees but only like 3 customers. After about 10 minutes we had to go to the counter and ask what we were supposed to do. No one ever asked if the food was good, if we needed anything etc. The service is better at McDonald’s which is sad. Very terrible service from start to finish. Food was pretty good.

What a twist! On some classics. Works great, I had a delicious pretzel covered chili dog - and they use the REAL beef (? MOOOOO ?) in their dawgs. My famished amigo had a pizza and couldn't eat it all, and the staff kindly brought us a to go box without even asking. Right on ?
