This was our first time to this restaurant. We transport boats all over the U.S.. If you want an excellent waitress, ask for Kaya!!! She greeted us fast and has a super personality! Very knowledgeable about the menu is a BIG plus. I use to waitress and was ahead of a staff of 20, which this brewery could hold over 300 patrons. She would be a shoe-in to of been on the team! She is a keeper and the next time we pass through we would definitely ask for her! The rueban was delicious, also the sausage and cheese was awesome! Loved the atmosphere, it was perfect summers night (weather wise)! Kudos Kaya, she's like a speedy gons alis watching her waitress. Always paying attention to her patrons. 👍😊👍

Got our order wrong 2 times first gave us the wrong order than gave us 2 cheeseburgers instead of one like we wanted and we wanted grilled chicken but gave us Cajun chicken

We had a fantastic experience at Primanti Bros. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and seated promptly. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit.

The sandwiches were just as good as everyone says—loaded, flavorful, and satisfying. The signature combo of meats, cheese, coleslaw, and fries piled high on thick-cut bread definitely lived up to the hype. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot and fast.

It’s not just the food that makes this place stand out—it’s the welcoming vibe and great service that made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Excellent burger; cooked to perfection ONLY after returning to kitchen due to asking for “NO RED ONIONs” due to allergic reaction thus somehow it arrived full of “RED ONIONS!” Let’s see an EpiPen on a person “AFTER” asking for “NO RED ONIONS” should signify the fact that they can’t have certain types of food products. Updates needed for training with waitresses to have them understand “THEY” must be ensure what they submit to the kitchen “MUST” be accurate or whatever hospital visits or worse “death” is their responsibility! even after the customer has stated their own intentions for their food order.

My father and I went to the original location in Pittsburgh and we had a great time so when I found out there was a location down the road from me, it was time for a daddy-daughter date. Great food and the waitress was beautiful and kind. Definitely a five star experience!

This place is cool 😎 there is one waitress who seems like she can't multi task and messed my order up but all the other ones were kool

The server barely existed during my visit. Was there enough to deliver my drink, and about a half hour later delivered my food. I found the sandwich to be mid at best. If I get to Pittsburgh I'll give them another try, but their chain locations are best avoided imo.

I've here with family a couple of years ago. My daughter asked me about the restaurant the other day when we were at the mall. Based on that and knowing that I was satisfied with the food and service here, I'll take her soon. It's nice also because part of the restaurant is exposed to outside, which gives it a different experience.
