Ordered two classic sandwiches through the app and went to pick up hit tge I'm here bottom in app said food be right their lol 25 mins later I had to go in Noone ever attempted or anything g to bring my food to me it was setting on a bench behind the hostest stand all that time plus they took a freaking tip out of my account I did t waNt to tip yet they took 3. 58 of my money for what to have my food sit on a bench then when I do get it it was freaking lousy my dad and I both were so upset and ended up throwing out over half of our sandwiches unreal and uncalled for

The food might be good but I wouldn’t know because I never got my food. The waitress came to get our drink order and 10 minutes later brought them because she said there were no clean cups. We put in an appetizer order that never came out. After sitting there for 20 minutes the cook came to us to make sure he had our order correct. We just got up and left. The biggest waste of my time. I wouldn’t go back if they were giving away free food

It’s our second time at Primanti Bros. Restaurant. The first time we had a wonderful experience. So we rushed back! The second time the service lacked professionalism. Our server’s phone rang while she was taking our order. She had to leave and then come back to finish our order. The food arrived quickly. But we had to wait a long time for our to-go boxes and for the bill, while our server bussed her tables. She saw us waiting. And when I handed her cash for her 30% tip, she didn’t even say thank you. We will go back! The food here is phenomenal! And the price is oh, so comfortably affordable.Kid-friendliness: We love the Kid’s menu too! It’s very handy to have the crackers and crayons and something to color while our kids wait for their . The portion size was delightfully huge!

Don't waste your time here. 3 times we attempted to come for lunch. All 3 times, they were by counting tables open vs. occupied ones only at 18% capacity, and we stood by the door behind 1 other family for 25 minutes WITHOUT EVEN BEING GREETED, nor at least acknowledged that we were there.We were discussing leaving when the family in front of us told us they have been waiting for their table 15 minutes l9nger than us.We all (both families) walked out and went to BJs across the parking lot.Go to BJs, WAAAAY better food, and exceptional customer service.

The absolute worst Buffalo wings we ever had, small petrified overcooked joke. Very very disappointed, I took the wife and kids for dinner and we all love wings and gave Primanti Bros a chance for 79 cent Monday wing night. After an 80$ tab for that pitiful excuse for wings, we had to stop somewhere else and eat on the way home. Unbelievable, also some hagerstown hoodlums were openly smoking pot in the dining area and I don't have anything against grass but I don't want it next to the dinner table while my children are eating.
Food was rough at this location, nothing really stood out and wasn’t as good as Primanti in Pittsburgh area.

We were really disappointed in our experience here because our visit here a few years ago was great. This time, the fries tasted like the fry oil was really old and sandwiches were missing toppings (coleslaw, onions as requested) and sauce in the crispy chicken burger. Also, four of our meals arrived after about 20 minutes, kind of cold. Had to ask where our fifth meal was, and it's clear they had forgotten about it because that took another 15 minutes to arrive. Our waitress was really sweet but it just couldn't make up for the cold, oily food with missing ingredients.
