Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I'll give a star for serving me at 6min after 9 ...
The women on the phone seemed to hate her job. I don't know if the attitude was just for me or if she has a general attitude problem (seemed more like it). Which, I wouldnt have gone out of my way to tell the world about if they had actually gotten my $30 burger and shake order right. (Shake was pretty good though)
But they didn't. So, after working a long day and spending almost $20 on an ALREADY overpriced burger, in hopes to be able to go home and settle in & take a much needed breath... instead I got a box of slop.
The Cole slaw didn't even have its own container so that found it's way all over the burgers wrapping which- gross? It's wrapped by a thing with someone else's hands all over it.. so the second you put that next to my coleslaw it's contaminating the other food?
But these are all just the icing to the actual issue, which is the fact I ordered a Tavern Burger said to come with L/T/onion/pickle/cheese/bacon and I checked off " add mustard & ketchup " which was amongst the other options of "No L/T/pickle" etc.
Options, that were made very clear! Options in which i did NOT choose. I only asked for an addition of toppings in which I was then served a sloppy mess of a burger with bacon cheese and slop (all the crazy sauces mixing together with no where to go and no other toppings to hold flavor)
This place is a mess. Now I'm left with coleslaw for dinner and will have to deal with calling them in the morning. There's no way you can seriously charge someone 20$ for attitude and ignorance.

Normally love this location, but extremely confused what happened to the level of training for hostess/servers? First thing I walk in and there’s a bunch of teens crowded around the host stand, no one greeted me just stared at me blankly. I finally ask how long to seat 2 people, then some little girl with glasses seats us, doesn’t even take our drink order. While sitting and waiting for our food I’m looking around and notice the same 2-3 people crowding the host stand are still in the exact same place as they were when we came in, so I’m wondering how they know how their tables are doing. Definitely something that needs worked on. I understand having nothing to do, but if you’re going to crowd the entrance like a herd of animals, maybe try greeting the customer as the bare minimum.

I found hair not once but two different types and colors in my meal and the staff made me uncomfortable by trying to address the issue in a way by asking if I wanted some other kind of food and getting management involved etc. Still made me pay for the other half of the bill and chased me out of the restaurant acting like I was the problem because they wanted to say I still had a bill but they were making me wait a long time to close out... Gave me two crap complimentary coupons for a free appetizer or milkshake but you still have to buy something... Awful place. Awful rude staff that didn't respect me and gave me judgmental looks for how I dressed and appeared and treated me like I wasn't a capable enough man for my woman and treated her like I didn't allow her to make decisions for herself or something... Crowded and jam packed for no good reason. Given an awful seat swarmed by others. Terrible place, mid food...

I cannot say enough good things about this Red Robin. My day wasn't going so great, so I decided to splurge and go eat here with my sister and daughter. Immediately, we were greeted with the friendliest staff. Our server Angel was an absolute angel, her name is very fitting! She brought such a positive energy when she came to our table. Demi was also awesome and sweet! They treated my 5 year old very well and made us feel like royalty! Laura Jo checked on us and was super friendly as well. Scott was also very friendly and helpful! We ate at Red Robins for the first time tonight and it was a wonderful experience. The service was great, friendly atmosphere and the food was so good; one of the best burgers I've had in along time. My husband also really enjoyed Red Robins and food. We will definitely be making this one of our favorite places to stop in and eat at when in the Hagerstown area. If I could give a 20/20 I would.

Me and my husband's favorite place! Kayla, the bartender is AMAZING!! The only issue is the bar ceiling looks awful. Like food was flung up on it and not wiped off. Other than that, we've only ever had one bad experience but it was promptly addressed by the manger and rectified.

I’ve been to a lot of Red Robin’s but this one grossed me out. Even during the winter time they managed to get an ungodly amount of fruit flies. This is my biggest gripe. Cleanliness. The services was wonderful and our waitress was just so nice. We came on a Tuesday so we got the burger special. The patty was so small and over cooked. I’m easy to please with burgers but it was just so unimpressive. That being said, the biggest complaint is cleanliness. If the fries didn’t gross you out, it’s the giant lougee hanging from the urinals. Do better Red Robin 🤢

When you walk in, take a look around. The place is FILTHY! They clearly do not take good care of this place. We were served drinks in plastic drinkware that was aged/worn and dirty. The pictures on the wall at our table had greasy fingerprints and food particles stuck to them. There is food and dirt in every nook and cranny. Steer clear! Their management does not care that they are serving food in a filthy place.

Inconsistency is the main thing here. Sometimes it’s on point other times it just not worth it. Definitely don’t recommend carry out here. I’ve never been impressed when I get it home. Got my order wrong, my fries were cold, and I was missing items. But, eating in seems to be better due to accountability.
