Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ordered using uber eats, yesterday, 8/11. I ordered 2 orders of fish with an extra piece for each. Check your freezer because the fish was not fresh at all. It wasn’t even fried well. The lobe burger was cooked waaaay too much and was darn near crunchy! My shakes were basically water. I usually enjoy the food, but yesterday was a disgusting meal I paid over $100 for.

Food was barely warm. No cutlery available so had to use plastic. Unbussed tables while manager walking around appearing to have no care in the world while the place is falling apart. Took forever to even get napkins.. won't be back. Hostess didn't seem to know what she was doing.

I honestly used to think Red Robin was gross, that's because all of the red Robin's I had been to previously sucked (I'm looking at you Frederick Red Robin) but this red Robin is actually great. Everything we have gotten here if fresh and hot and doesn't taste like it was cooked in a microwave.

General Red Robin fare. Plenty of chicken nuggets in their appetizer, meant to be shared. 1 hour layover was about the right amount of time from entrance to payment.

Haven't eaten here since I got food poison about 8 years ago. I felt like I was going to die after eating the soup. I was doubled over about 20 to 30 minutes after eating it. Hopefully they've changed but my family isn't taking a chance.

Our server, Angel (AJ), helped us to have a wonderful evening! She was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our dinner with 2 little kids. Refills of drinks and food were brought quickly and she just make us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The other staff were very kind and accommodating as well!

I came in on june 10th for my anniversary and ouu let me just say we left super happy! Angel was our server she made sure we had our drinks fast , gave us time to order respectfully, and brought out our food so nice !!! I loved angels service so much i could see her being a manager at red robin she does GREAT with every customer never anything less:) overall We loved our meal she hooked us up and id come back anytime !
