Parking: Plenty of spots along the side of the store but only a couple spots real close. You have to walk across the drive thru lane to get to the door.
Kid-friendliness: There were a couple kids there and they seemed to enjoy the restaurant and environment.

If your gonna raise prices than keep sizes the same got a cheeseburger meal med with a coke used to get a 21 oz size drink now you get a 16 oz instead. I measured after the drink was gone it it measures 16 oz .

Was pretty busy but the service was still slow waited 15 minutes to get ok food but it wasn't the worse experience and the parking isn't great for the location but at least there is some parking.

I drive away with a smile after visiting the Burhams Blvd Roy Rogers. Staff is friendly and efficient, food is piping hot, orders filled correctly. After very poor experiences at the Valley Mall location, I switched to this one and am once again a huge Roy Rogers fan.

Was stopping through Md and wanted a nostalgic food favorite of mine. I saw there was a Roy Rogers. My fried chicken and biscuits was cooked to order. Kathleen and Kamari where very welcoming and had A+ customer service. The restrooms where immaculate!!! I mean the best I've seen in a fast food place. If I am ever in Hagerstown I will definitely be back!!
Sweet tea is never sweet for the drive thru and I tried to tell them today and they didn't even talk back?? So I just dumped it out and got lemonade myself. What's the point of drive thru if I have to come back thrice to get my order fixed??

I went through the drive-through and ordered me and my kids food, which I go here probably every couple weeks. So I went to the drive-through window I asked for military discount because my husband is deployed. They told me I needed my ID but I didn’t bring my whole purse and I left my ID at home. They told me they couldn’t give me the discount. I said you guys do it all the time. I didn’t understand why it was an issue so she got her manager, so two ladies came up she said what can I help you with with an attitude? I begin to tell her that I didn’t have my ID for military You guys give it to me she said she couldn’t do it and then the other lady saying have you ever seen this lady here before with a smart attitude I have never had anyone question about the military who would lie about that just saying I let them know that it wasn’t a big deal and that it was what it was. It was my mistake for not bringing it, but for the attitude in the disrespect, especially in front of my kids I will never go back there at all, this is of the fast food places that I go to. I will just make sure I won’t go to that one ever again also working customer service so I believe it was such a big deal.
