I love this place so much. I drive 40 minutes just to get a boba and Dubai strawberries. The owners are so sweet it reminds me of a small mom and pop shop. Small businesses like this are always my favorite. My favorite is the brown sugar boba with extra brown sugar. I haven't tried anything else cause the 1st one I got was so good I can't get enough! If you try it once, you will love it! Come support Royal tea boba and try one of their drinks or yummy sweets. I come every week sometimes twice a week.

I used to come often for the Dubai chocolate but as of recent the taste has changed. Please go back to the old way I’m not sure what you guys changed but it doesn’t taste the same anymore. Great workers awesome service just please bring back the original Dubai chocolate

The shop is cute and quaint and has great boba milk tea and food. The lady who works there is always so sweet and welcoming. This is a wonderful place to stop while walking around downtown Hagerstown or while needing a quick bite to eat!

It was amazing. They have really fun chocolates and amazing full selection of boba teas and coffees.

They was closed when I went this time. But it had been snowing the night before and early morning. So I understand. I've been there before and it's always amazing!

I came here and got the brown sugar boba tea and it's the best ever. I've had plenty of boba tea and she has the best ingredients hands down. The boba is cooked very well, it's not too hard or soft. The consistency of the boba is perfect.

They also sell the popular Dubai pistachio chocolate. The bigger bars are $8.99 while the bars wrapped in gold are $6.99 which are really good prices compared to what I've seen online.

absolutely love this little boba shop !! the desserts are always amazing as well as the bubble waffles. i get their tiramisu cups every time they have it and the prices are similar to other boba shops. the owner is so kindhearted and always brightens up my day :))

I recently had this Boba place cater my birthday party, did you know they can do that?
It was an amazing experience, reasonable and the owner Moez went above and beyond with service and a vegan coconut and strawberry cake!
My guests were very pleased with the delicious sandwiches and presentation. Definitely recommend, excellent service with a smile and professionalism.

Best boba, coffee, and sweet treats around! The chia and the brown sugar tea is my go to! They have the chocolate pistachio bars viral off TikTok that I thought were delicious 🤤 customer service is always great. The woman that works there is always friendly. I’m looking forward to trying more of their goodies such as sandwiches and a variety of other sweets. IMO best boba place around though. I’ve been to other shops who just don’t make it like they do. Check em out.
