We use Sams club regularly for our business. They have been out of unsalted stick butter now for about a month, I called this evening to inquire when/if they will have it. The associate that answered went to get a supervisor and the the supervisor refused to take the call and had no further information for me. Considering that we pay for this membership and spend hundreds of dollars every month I find this to be unacceptable answer. Costco may be in our future.

I'm sick of getting gas an seeing people smoking or pumping with there car on! It's time for Sam's club to stand up for us customers that do the right thing. The gas attendant should be denying services to those people putting others in danger! I've completed to the store an its still happening! SAM'S CLUB GET IT TOGETHER!

I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well. SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them. When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with. If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho? STAY AWAY!!!! FRAUD!

No option for 0 stars. Worst customer service anywhere. Could not get ahold of anyone in tire department for days just to schedule a tire rotation. Went into club and was waiting 30 minutes at tire center and was still 3rd person back before we walked out. I actually called the tire center while standing in line and the employees just ignored it. Will never purchase tires here again.

Have been a sams club member for a while and like the store but I bought some fish from sams 2 weeks ago had it in freezer until today 12/29/22 thawed it out cooked it went to take bite and pulled worms out of all 3 pieces just a warning have the pics to show but will still shop there just not buying fish anymore

The only reason I’m giving this place a review is because the young lady today at 10:30 AM do not argue with me do not debate with me did not try to hit me with a sales pitch she did exactly what I asked for the first time her name is Morgan she works at the customer service counter.I had to drive 35 minutes because my card was charged without my permission for a membership that I did not authorize I called customer service customer service gives me a run around for 40 minutes I decide to drive up to the Sam’s Club at this location soon as I walked in took less than three minutes and the young girl help me.This young girl deserves a raise I am very well pleased with her performanceThank you Morgan

I had an appointment for tires today.Waited in line until 8:20 am finally a manager shows and tells the tire center is closed today? My appointment was for 8: 00 am and now when do I get another appt? I work and tires for my car I can do any time this weekend or next friday.

This store is always stocked and clean . I wish they would would carry Canada Dry in the cans year round. It would be nice if the 32 ct brownies were a regular purchase and not a special order like before. (I get it with the pandemic and shortage)The customer service is great and all of the amount of self check out lanes is very convenient. There’s the I App, I love this ; it can do everything. Get gas , curbside pickup,scan and go. I rarely go in and when I do I'm in and out. They always have what I need and for way less than the grocery store.
Its a big store, clean and well stocked. Price are very good and you can save alot. Flowers are beautiful and fresh. Lots of stuff to choose from. I love their cinnamon and pecan roll. The vegetables in the produce corner is fresh, wish they have ginger and more spices display. But it was still a good experience here. Nice to be a member and save some money here.

Bought some drinks at Sam Club had to return. they tasted bad they expired on july of 2022 they return by money also i was while there i went and to purchase a single item while standing in line waiting my turn Diane (manger) had called the lady behind me to the line they just opened instead of me so i stood waiting to be serve then cashier left her register and went to next one and stared to talk to her while i was waiting in line all long Diane was talking to then and then when it was finally my turn they switch cashier while i wait. Really !!!#
