This place was a disappointment. It looks great when you go in. We broke our group of 9 into a group of 4 and 5 and went bowling. Our lane broke down...so we all moved. Out lane broke again and we couldn't bowl with our entire group anymore so we had to merge into a group of 8. Food was lame and very expensive

the most ehhhhhh I have ever felt from a bowling alley. Looks amazing when you first go in. 3 malfunctions on our lanes made our groups of 4 combine into a group of 8. they offered a refund on a gift card. lol

I really wanted to give this place a go, but there were so many things that didn't go well. Firstly, we went to celebrate a friend's party and they didn't allow us to bring a simple cake in to share. The food that we were allowed to order was subpar, small portions, took a long time and was overcooked. The pretzel bites were almost inedible. The arcade also only takes cash, and the games are incredibly overpriced. It was $3 per person for 1 round of Step Mania... it is 50 cents at Cluggys in Chambersburg. The staff was moderately nice and that was the only reason I'm giving this place 1 star.

We were a bit disappointed with our visit. For how pricey it is to bowl here, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. Our table still had dishes left from the previous group, and the service was slower than we hoped, no refills, and only saw our waitress once. It’s a nice spot, but for the large cost, the overall experience just wasn’t worth it.

Everyone is nice and the specials are great! we celebrated a birthday there very good experience. The pizza is so delicious you can taste how fresh the pizza is made. Bathrooms cleans, the area is nice and clean.

Usually love coming here, the lanes are great and the service is usually ok. Went last week at some point, and it wasn’t very busy and we ordered drinks and food. Well, the waitress asked if we had looked over the menu and decided so we ordered food she asked if we wanted to keep the tab open we said sure , never got the food because she never put it in. Then we used the tablet to order drinks, took about 30 minutes to even get our drinks and that’s because we had to go up and ask. We watched the servers while waiting for our drinks and they were just standing and talking to each-other. The food on the other hand we ordered in the tablet since we didn’t get it the first time and she said she didn’t put it in, took another 30-40 minutes to even come out and again thats because we had to go up and ask about it.

What kind of root beer float is this?? If I wanted a rootbeer I would have ordered it but I wanting the float part which was clearly not given. I can’t believe they would make this and think “oh that looks like a rootbeer float”. Like I can make a better one at McDonald’s and they don’t even have it as a menu item

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rehan at Seven Ten Bowling Alley, and I cannot overstate how impressed I was with his professionalism and demeanor. From the very beginning, Rehan demonstrated exceptional customer service—exercising remarkable patience while a large family group ahead of us tried on their shoes. Despite the understandable delay, he managed the situation with grace, offering reassuring eye contact and a warm smile to let us know that we would be taken care of in due time.
When it was our turn, Rehan was equally attentive. We needed to exchange several pairs of shoes for proper sizing, and he handled each request seamlessly, never showing the slightest sign of frustration. Throughout the evening, I observed him maintaining a clean and organized work area, regularly scanning the room to see if anyone required assistance. His attentiveness and consistency created an atmosphere of trust and ease, which made our overall experience all the more enjoyable.
Before leaving, I made sure to thank him personally for his professionalism and even-tempered approach, though I regret not sharing my praise directly with his supervisor at the time. Rehan, please know that your efforts did not go unnoticed. Your patience, attentiveness, and exemplary work ethic embody what excellent service should look like. I look forward to seeing you behind the counter on my next visit.
