Came in at 1030 to bowl, was told there's a wait of 45 mins , there was multiple lanes not opened and being used. Asked if they had all their lanes open. The worker she said yes , just there's a wait amd waiting for people for those lanes .was there over 15 mins an no one went to them. Very disappointing after driving an hr. Very poor business operations

Bad business practices. I booked a party weeks in advance. Got a call 2 days before telling me someone else wanted to have a private party so she was canceling my reservation. She the had the nerve to offer me a gift card instead of a refund. Tells me everything I need to know about this place.

Dani and donaisha were amazing and super sweet and helpful And the front counter girl jocelynn was so sweet I love the service, me and my whole team got an amazing service, they performed an amazing service! No complaints! Will come again! Thank you to the three girls loved it all

I always have a great time at Seven Ten Bowling! My only concern is that they don't offer diabetic options with drinks or even food choices. There were a couple of people in our group who couldn't order anything because of this, so inclusion we all didn't order anything to be fair. Other than that the staff is always polite and welcoming and the place was clean.

Charged automatic tip for ZERO reason. It all goes torwards the kitchen none forward our server. 0/10 Recommend this place. Service sucks, manager or owner wouod not refund the fee or accommodate anything for us. There was also no Sign or anything anywhere stating the automatic charge. Very unprofessional Will NOT be returning.
Also their bathroom was disgusting and saw kinda big bugs crawling around

Cleanest bowling alley I have been to. Excellent service. State of art technology in the bowling lanes. And to top it off, arcade for the kids to run around once they are done with bowling. I do appreciate a fun location to go to with family and friends.

My lane was broken, customer service was terrible, 70$ to not finish one single game ridiculous honestly. Would not recommend. Didn’t offer a refund or any solutions.
Very nice and clean, but too much money for bowling. I thought I was paying for tickets at Yankee stadium

This is the nicest establishment of its kind we have ever been to. The facility was immaculate. We were attending a birthday party and the arcade was a perfect mix of old and new games. We will be coming back to bowl soon and will update the review as needed. Thank you for being awesome!

So much fun! I haven’t gone bowling since I was a kid so I was a little nervous, but it was actually really nice to interact with Bailey and everyone who was there! Very nice and inviting people! Accepting and willing to include people who arrive alone. <3

We clearly said we only needed to rent one pair of shoes. Said it twice. We were charged for two rentals. And it would have been fine, but I basically had to beg for the $6 refund. When I finally did get it, it was issued on a gift card. Completely useless since I have no intention of returning. The music was bad, and it was so loud it was impossible to hold a conversation. The lighting was also distracting - an awful choice for anyone actually trying to bowl. Not at all worth the exorbitant rates they charge per hour. Go to Turners or Southside instead. Or anywhere else.
