Ordered a five piece chicken tender combo meal and was giving a 2 piece kids meal. Terrible service. Next time hire people who can actually do their job.

35-40 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. Fries were cold. All we were told was they were behind. Horrible service. They should close down this location.

The service at this location is horrible. Everytime I come here I have to wait 15-30 mins for an online order. The staff never greets you when you go to the window. It takes 5 mins to be greeted at the drive thru speaker. My food is always lukewarm. Please teach current staff about customer service.

Out of the 3 times I've been there with my family to eat. I've been left over 15 to 20 minutes before anyone to knowledge I am there. Let alone having someone aggressively shoving my food in my hand and closing with window before I could ask for sauce or extra napkins. Will not be coming back to this location. I will make the drive to chambersburg or Frederick before coming back to this location.

Corn dog, two packages of yellow mustard, & one route 44 sweet tea! Yep✔️, that about sums up my Sonic dream order every trip NOTHING ELSE NEEDED FOLKS! That’s it! Why would you need anything else! It’s the little things that matter!

I mean where else can you find corn dogs that it, granted it’s not over cooked it tastes like you just left the State Fair!! 😋 YUM!

Wheelchair accessibility: Sonic, we are talking about Sonic! You just drive up to any of the 12 ordering menus and place an order! Then the bellhop brings your order! Can’t get any better wheelchair accessibility than that!

Place is run down, equipment doesn’t work. Most of all is the amount of time it took to get the food. 30 min. Sonic, time to get this fixed or shut it down.

I wasn't happy with this place at all...the reason you go here is to pull in order your food and then have someone bring your food out to you on roller skates...not this place...my son and I sat for a half hour waiting on placing our order...then my son noticed that they turned off the red light...so 2 others had pulled in and were waiting for awhile and then they decided going to the drive through window...so my son was like lets try that...by now we had been there for an hour...finally got up to where you order and we sat for 5 minutes when finally I asked why nobody took our order the person said there is only me taking orders and whenever someone pulls in to sit and eat they are placed on hold if someone comes through the drive through...you need to get more people working there or close 1 or the other part down

I wish there was an option for zero stars and still leaving a review because 1 star is way to generous!!! I pulled up and ordered my food at 2:45pm. It was busy so I was waiting kindly for my food. Around 3:30 the worker comes to the car with the wrong order. I tell them it’s not mine and the work says a curse word throws his hands and hits the car. I waited 15 minutes later for my food. It did not arrive… it was 3:50 when I get out of my car, which had my 3 children inside and go to the worker and inform we are still waiting for our food. The worker goes inside and comes out with other orders. I waited for him to deliver his orders and remind him that our order is over an hour later. At this time the worker informs me that he is sorry but they gave my order to someone else. Would I still like my food? Which I reply yes my kids are hungry. I waited outside in the cold for additional 30 minutes while the work runs in and out with orders for other customers. At the 30 minute mark I ask about my food and they still haven’t started making the food and that they are just too busy. I said I spent $50 on food I need to feed my children and I need my food. Finally after 2 hours of waiting we get our food and it’s freakin cold!!! Worse experience ever! It was suppose to be a celebration meal for my kid who just did great at a competition and was in my car starving waiting for food. I had already spent $50 on this food and really didn’t have the funds to go else where to spend money on food. It is suppose to be fast food and the workers had no desire to fix their wrong or to make sure our order, which they gave away, was made in a timely manner. And the. To be give cold food!

Started a timer as we pulled into the drive thru. It took about 15 minutes from pulling in to getting food. It looks like they only had 3 employees today. Tater tots were barely cooked well enough for consumption, the corn dog was... Unevenly cooked. It tasted off. And the #5 combo the Super Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger was... Less than superb. Not even a full strip of bacon... If you can even call it that? It's like a half mini strip. One single piece. It tasted rather lackluster, it tasted severely undercooked as well. The mozzarella sticks seem slightly undercooked. The carhop or window cashier, Kaitlyn, did most of the work, it most certainly isn't her fault, they are very understaffed.
