The past few times I went to that sonic, there was a blonde young lady in the drive thru who was rude. She made wait at the window for 10 mins she looked at me a few times and never came to take my money. She was also rude at the headset, I asked what kind of milk shakes sonic had and she told me to look at the menu very rudely, I can’t see very well. So I couldn’t look at the menu. I’ve been having issues with this sonic for a while and it’s very sad.

They need to fire ALL of their night staff and hire new staff that knows how to operate at night . We waited over 40 minutes for 2 lemonades with only 5 cars ahead of us in the drive through.

I decided to come by to this Sonic this past saturday since it’s been five years i’ve had their food. when I tried it the first time I surprised how good it was. however, my second try i was very disappointed. I was waiting for over 15 minutes just to receive my fries nearly empty and dumped in a bad, they forgot my shake, they forgot my third fries, and both my cherry limeade tasted water downed. To top it off, my shake tasted like expired milk. It’s unacceptable. I understand if they were understaffed but it does not mean that this establishment can serve their customers food this way especially if i’m paying a pretty penny in this economy. I don’t blame the employees but the establishment and management. This location will never ever see me again. Please save yourself the time and money. also, please consider the low rating reviews. they aren’t exaggerating at all.

Update. Gave them a second chance food was good. Actually got my burger this time and it was tasty. Adjusting rating to be more fair.
How do you forget the burger from a burger combo? Like that is comically absurd. Bag was sealed, everything else was there, it was _on the printed receipt taped to the bag as part of the seal_, and yet no burger.
OTOH the tots were good, and the drink was as well. Just wish I could tell you how the burger tasted.

This store has a lot of opportunity. Customers drive from around the region for the nostalgia Sonic brings and their exclusive offerings. Owner, please offer a higher base pay so that you can attract competent abd well-mannered employees. The reviews should be a clear indication that change is needed.
My experience is a lot like the experience of others, so I will summarize for time sake. Although I was the only car in drive-thru, I waited 8 minutes before I was addressed. I had a long order, and asked for it to be repeated to ensure accuracy. I asked several times, but I guess the order taker was not interested in repeating the order. So after waiting several minutes to be acknowledged at the speakdr, I drove up to the window and waited 12 minutes to pay. In that time, one of the employees had handed food to her boyfriend in the car that had pulled up behind me, several minutes after I arrived. Then, once I was finally addressed, I asked her if she would repeat the order to ensure accuracy due to the size of the order. Her rendition was correct although her attitude was palpable. The order finally came out some time later, I felt the need to verify the order before pulling off, and of course it was entirely incorrect. It had all of the severe allergens that I specifically asked to not be included. I politely notified the young lady of the error, even taking responsibility for their failure in an attempt to lighten the mood, and she rolled her eyes and scoffed, as if it wasn’t their fault.
The gentlemen cooking came back with the correct order and a highly agressive demeanor. However, he was also a child and I felt it unnecessary to engage or discuss the matter with him, and I did not see any adults on duty. To make matters worse, the meat was cold and undercooked. I wound up tossing the entire order in the trash before pulling away. I would rather waste my time and money than to potentially expose my family to contaminated and undercooked food.
Obviously, I will not be returning to this location, and unfortunately, based on the lack of customers during rush hour, and the horrible reviews, many people are also choosing to skip this location as well.
Readers, you've been warned: skip this location. There's a Checkers next door with none of these issues and great customer service.

Food was ok but they waited until they brought the order out to tell us they didnt have the slush flavor I ordered so they had to go back in and make a drink. Slushes weren't mixed up at all - just had the flavor dumped in the bottom. Then none of the card readers at the car hop spots weren't working so had to wait for her to take the card inside to run it. First and probably last time at this location.

This is a visit from about a month ago . I forgot to post.
Terrible service. It took 35 to 45 minutes to get our food.Had to go to the door to find out what was going on with my food. It was chaotic and very disorganized in there. They screwed up the order Some of the food was cold. Had a bunch of young people working with no real leadership.
Probably won't visit this location again til it's improved.

We came to this location today 21OCT2025 because it was empty so we figured no wait. We placed our order and nearly 30 mins went by and still did not have our order. We walked up to the window to cancel the order and behold our order was sitting in the window. The cashier or whatever they are referred to as caught an attitude for no reason. Her name was Ava was very rude about the order, very unpleasant and couldn't be bothered apparently. We will not come back to this location and spread the word for others to do the same........Checkers is next door by the way and their Bacon DBL Cheeseburger is really good.
