Requested a very light ice due to cold sensitivity and I get this same drink like 4-5x a week and they keep messing it up. Light ice means light ice but they put lots of ice all the time. Ugh. Hope u listen to customers' request for once.

I love coming there of came for years there but recently when I get my drink it's not filled all the way up and they do cost the good bit The young lady at the window today very unfriendly like I was bothering her I feel really bad about writing this but the only way things can be fixed is if you speak up maybe she was just having a bad day but my drink wasn't filled up

They need to build a separate location of their own that's much larger. This location is constantly way too busy for the size of its interior and drive thru capabilities.

I had to run on here immediately to express my frustration towards how we were just treated by staff. First, the drinks here at this location are always good. My husband wanted to add a drink at the window. I apologized because I know that’s frustrating. They asked what we wanted and then walked away while I was mid sentence. Some other person was talking to the lady taking our order in the background then said person popped up to the window waving her hand at us and half listening. The drink was made wrong. I went in and apologized AGAIN even though they were rude and still being rude when we came in. Every single person we dealt with had a poor attitude and we left with a drink we were not happy with. Terrible experience for my husband’s first time. Reading this comments, this seems to be a common issue at this location.

Everything in there is overpriced. The staff are courteous but aloof. A genuine smile and here is your order sir, instead of sticking it on the counter and not saying anything. There were multiple people waiting. No one asked for our names when we ordered. We don't drink coffee so we try the other cold beverages. A simple sweet tea cannot be had at Starbucks. They said that's what it was. There was barely any color to the liquid and no sweetener could be tasted. We get gift cards for this place, that's the only reason we go. Not much indoor seating and no matter what time we go, the tables usually have a couple of people at each one.

Rude staff- lady at the drive thru was snippy with me- and every rare occasion that I come here they always seem to be out of 1/3 of their menu… I only came here to use a gift card but I think I’ll stick with Dunkin’

I just ordered a hot bacon and eggs breakfast sandwich with a cappuccino and use the drive-through down the road. I came to realize that my sandwich was frozen in the middle so I had to turn around and walk in the store making me late for work and wanted to switch for a croissant because I didn’t wanna eat that anymore since it was frozen and they were out of croissants. They only had chocolate croissants. I decided to just the sandwich I ordered and down the street I realize that my cappuccino was only filled halfway and cold, horrible experience.
